Service is good , Huge area where it can be improve. Bill and booking is quick Other services like x ray and blood needs to improve PFT testing is a issue (not open all the time) Ambience Washroom are very very dirty Need proper ventilation Otherwise all good

Awesome staff , great facilities and special mention for Ms Tina Das at the counter who has been wonderfully helpful..such positive and supportive staff are the back bone of any organisation!I also need to mention about Ms Anusree and Mr Rana who too have been extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of registration etc!

Please read below update. Very bad experience, Suraksha is doing business with patient's time and money!! I went for my father's MRI, booked on previous day a slot at 12:30 pm, reached there at 12:05 pm, they told us to wait. After 15mins of waiting, I went to help desk, they told me to wait for 40mins more, other patients who came after us went inside before us. At last they call our name after waiting for more than 2 and half an hour after multiple reminders. They are showing off crowd by making us waiting. Update :- They took my review very seriously and implemented the necessary steps to reduce elapsed waiting time, hence increasing 1 star to 4 star. Only 1 feedback I must give, there is a fine line between reducing the wait time and rushing the procedure, please do not rush while in the MRI or USG room, these could lead to incorrect report.

It's a diagnostic centre and some doctors are also there for check up. Here MRI, NCV, ECG, and bio chemistry labs are there. And for people can take vaccine from here and even booster dose Is also available. And employees are reliable and washroom is also there. Overall good experience from there.

Poor experience. Just returned back without test performed. Booked with their call centre for PFT in advance. When reached there for test after all test preparation, front desk mentioned the test can't be done today and have to come next day. Staffs are unprofessional. Especially the floor manager is NOT well trained and lacks in courtesy to deal with customers. No commitment and no customer focused. Very irresponsible attitude from Suraksha.

No value of online booking. They ask to come at 9am during online booking as the USG doctor would be available from 9:30 am. And that booking had no value when you actually arrive. Even they do not accept the sample without the billing which has a long queue and handled in first come first serve basis. The samples get wasted and patient has to wait eternal to get their billing done. At 9:35 when I approached the lady in the billing counter and tried to tell about the situation, she did. It even bother to listen and said "did I call you?" And when informed that I have to submit samples within 2hrs of collecting and was told to come at 9am. She replied " It has been only 30 mins after you came. Suraksha opens at 6:30am , you should come and wait in the queue from at time if there is a need to submit the sample of first urine or fasting tests" . Then what is the meaning of taking a booking online or by calling and why did not they inform this prior when booking was confirmed after online booking ?

I have came here for MRI test they give me amazing service also provide me discount that is really great and also the behaviour of Mrs Anusree is very nice thanks to her

Visited the hospital checkup and tests. They were so cooperative and always helping you to get your tests done at right time or even earlier. Definitely recommended
