It is an excellent diagonostic centre. The online reporting, the quality staff, management are really beyond of expectation. The name of Argha Biswas, Assistant Centre Manager has to be mentioned regarding this because of his cordial behaviour, promot action and excellent communication skill.
Best diagnostic. Employees are very good. Reception team specialy one boy was very helpful. He help me for my usg test. The lady doctor was good and nurses was helpful.
Worst experience ever. Was having booking for my mom for an x-ray and the team asked to visit this branch. Once I have reached they mentioned doctor/technician is not available. Didn't expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from Suraksha Diagnostics. Very very disappointed....

I recently visited Suraksha Diagnostics Bhatpara for my medical need.I am quite impressed by their customer management and process. Mr Argha Biswas had helped me a lot to get through the process. All of their stuffs are very caring and listened to my queries carefully making my experience top notch.I recommend others to have a visit and I will for sure goto this facility again in need.
