Firstly it's very time consuming. Secondly, even after having an appointment, you will have to get a token and wait for your turn even if you are in the 50th, which according to me is a third class system. And this is a management fault. Some staffs are very unprofessional and doesn't know to handle patients query. These things should be taken care of.
