So Mr.Mahesh takes care of self drive car business.They offer Swift Desire and Ranaut Triber car for Rs 2000-2500 per day(based on local & outstation) Have taken Triber which is in good condition and fitted with fast tag as well You will get full tank and You have to return the car ful tank. Aadhar and DL pics they click along with Rs 5000 as security deposit (refundable) and on return they charge Rs 350 for cleaning the car.

Got Swift dzire 2016 diesel variant. Car condition was of, but AC was working smoothly. Location is nearby railway station platform no. 1. Charges are bit higer according to cars condition 2000 for 24 hours. And 5000 security deposit. They have other car option also if not booked.

Pathetic guy very difficult to deal with. Keeps on calling every now and then. Not a single car is in good condition. Takes car washing charges and provides unclean and smelly cars with bad interiors and no music system. I rented swift desire from him. Car AC wasnt working, Wheel Alignment was not proper and gear box was not serviced. After all this if you are still renting car from him. Take proper images and video of the car. He will blame you for damages that you have not done in order to deduct money from your security deposit. He tried a similar pattern with me. Thankfully i had taken the video of the car. To summarise very bad experience. Pathetic guy. Doesnt know how to deal with the customers.

Excellent experience for self drive from Jabalpur. We reached Jabalpur station ( from Pune ) for our Kanha National park trip. Immediately got the SUV ( Triber ) and departed for Kanha the next day. The car was pretty smooth and comfortable in spite of bad roads. All paper work was ready when we reached and no time was wasted. I wish they expand to more high end cars and grow. All the best !

No.1 Self Drive service in Jabalpur, we'll that's how Mr. Ratnesh Thakkar who appeared to be in his Early 60s greeted us displaying the google search result on his mobile screen, post which did what a teenage girl who elopes with her boyfriend would do when confronted by Police and family!! Denied all agreements we had over the phone. The car promised was downgraded to a level below, and from Diesel changed to a petrol variant!! When we checked for mode of payment, electronic fund transfer was compared to Hawala and we were frowned upon as If we were money Launderers!! Post a mini Geneva Convention, payment mode was agreed upon as 50% cash and 50% by electronic Hawala, transfer done and I thought it's Finally Over. But NO, Mr. Thakkar did not trust the transfer and we had to wait for his POC ion the Swiss Bank to walk down to a ATM and confirm if the cash was deposited. The Security Check(Post 9/11 impact) :-I was a Fool to believe that Deposit amount taken was a security deposit, it was actually just a gift that I handed over to my New Friend, the true security was the amount of documents that needed to be submitted. Hey Phone Solicitors, If I ever agree to get a Credit Card or a personal Loan form you, Just contact SurajiCar for the paperwork, they have the entire File, My documents, My friends Documents, Guarantors Documents. Alas! The Swiss bank POC confirmed that amount was deposited and Introduced himself as Mr.Ratnesh Thakkar, and till date I am speechless, I could not believe that we used a time machine and already met his older version. The Handover :- Despite of deciding the vehicle handover time, I was called upon multiple times amidst an extremely busy schedule and family function; Until then I believed it was only the Maharashtra Governor who was being called upon so many times. Met the Older Mr. Thakkar and apologized for not being able to re-fuel as promised and offered to deduct an equivalent amount from the Gift amount I had given. I handled a rejection from a girl on the same day, but kid I not, Uncle's denial was more spiteful. I was presented the SurajiCar's "Book of Principles & Code of Conduct", and as Per Article 101, Section 420, "Alternate to Fossil Fuels is Fossil Fuel", So there we go, started our Joy Ride with Uncle and reached a Fuel Station, where we had to do a Lot of Calibration to ensure the Fuel Gauge was as per uncle's supreme decision, to Quote him "Jabalpur main Unn ki hi Marzi chalti hai". For the drop Off, we were handed over the vehicle on an empty road and hence insisted that we hand it back at the same Spot, hearing us the No.1 Businessman turned into a Goon and blamed us for breaching the Geneva Accords, and we wasted another 20 minutes, parking in a Confined Space of a Narrow Minded owners building. Taking over and handing over the Vehicle took close to 2-3 hours all together and a Lot of mental stress. Forgot to mention that we were in town for my Sister's wedding and missed on to lot of things. Today when I thought of checking, what makes SurajiCar No.1 In Jabalpur, looks like there are only 2 operators in the town!! Very Bad Service, don't depend on them, at least if you have a Last minute Flight to catch or a Medical Emergency, because come what may, "The Doctrine of SurajiCars" will never be amended.

I must say dis is best rental car service in jabalpur,,,, i need a car on urgent basis.....n u guys save me...i was fully satisfied vd the price which are too nominal for a car in good condition . n..specially d best part is there is no boundation for km......now i m a regular customer of urs

Excellent car condition (BS VI). But taking most payment only in cash. Also would be ideal to have full tank to full tank arrangement for petrol

My experience from suraji cars was great the guy who gave me the car was extremely helpful and friendly, there service was excellent and better priced than any car agencies.. Overall everything was easy, effortless and had a great experience
