Never even book this travel for wedding. These people gives you confidence that your bus has been booked. Just before previous day of wedding, they will call you and tell bus has gone for repair. They did arrange alternative bus, but that was unsatisfactory for me.....

I booked the bus from pondicherry to bangalore on June 1 2019 at 1 10 pm. But the Bus started very late from pondicherry at around 3 30 pm. Our plan was to reach bangalore at 8 30 pm so that we can catch the bus from bangalore to mangalore which we booked under greenline travels. This suraj travels bus reached bangalore at 10 30 pm. We couldn't even go to restroom and didnt allow to have food also before boarding in greenline travels at bangalore. And all through the journey I was talking to suraj and greenline travels helpline. Totally the journey was horrible. I will never ever book suraj travels hereafter in my lifetime. Taught me a good lesson. And vgm booking centre in pondy also very bad and the reason for this real nightmare.

Multi axle sleeper bus provides a 5 star service. Bus was well maintained. The blankets and bed sheets were also clean.

Worst experience ever... The bus was delayed for 2 hours 15 minutes and all they had to say was some stupid reasons which is not relevant to what customers will do... No punctuality at all..this really taught a lesson.. Should never book a bus in last moment.. Horrible experience ever.. I would suggest to never book any bus at last moment coz all the reputed and good buses will be booked earlier so don't go after any bus that has many vaccany seats at that time.. Plan ur journey and check the travels well... Otherwise u wil get such pathetic experiences!!!!

Belgaum to Bengaluru had very good and comfortable journey. They should extend their service to Chikodi-sankeshwar-Belgaum to Bangalore.
