Rooms are good but it's under improvement now. Lift not yet provided, for that price range good facility. Rooms are normally spacious and clean.

Location is great and even rooms are clean just Please Provide extra bedsheets, towels, bathroom kit. Also keep cuboards and door mat clean as it was dusty. Orelse overall it was good experience.
1.Commode inthe washroom was not clean.. i do not know how they clean it.. i asked them to clean the commode in the toilet.. the person came and cleaned and he went.. after he went i see the commode and it was same situation earlier.. they don't know what to clean and how to clean... 2. When we enter to the hotel we will get good smell but when we enter into the room i felt some dusty smell.. and toilet ventilator was attached to the hall.. i wonder whether they dontknow where to place the ventilator ..

I had booked this a day prior and fixed the price. Letter when arrived early morning they quoted a different price and say that process previously booked at are not applicable. Completely unprofessional process. Wondering how this hotel even has a 4 star.
Rooms are less than okay, too costly compared to other hotels, no prompt service has to ask for small things like soap, bath stool, no water in the room had to buy myself, parking not enough gets occupied as it is on main road

Its international but in ranebennur it's impossible to maintain an international place is average food is not up to our expectations just to have peg and move one to another place is better. #cinamon
Location wise, hotel is situated near by ranebennur busstand. Rooms are clean, suitable for family. Vegetarian restaurant beside this Lodge. Room rent is also reasonable.
