Worst experience. Yesterday we had naming ceremony event, we wanted some beautiful flower decoration for whom we contacted Mr.Swamy who was the decoration event manager in Surabhi. We've event that starts at 10.30am but decoration ended at 10.45-11am. When asked for, he said the reason they received material yesterday night in the late hours. We've asked for ring decoration and they've just dropped a ring shaped thermocol/foam and sticker flowers to it and it was so bad. All those rings were in white colour with dirty marks on it. Rings were 12 in number in original pic but they've dropped only 8. Rings were open and not covered with anything. Cradle was good because we asked for regular wooden cradle (for which he charged) and not the one in the photo he sent. Decoration was so ugly and we had no time to do anything. everyone passed comments. And for that dirty decoration they charged 20000/- which was not worth a penny. As we've already paid 10000/- as advance, we could do nothing for that amount. We lost money for worst decoration which was the worst one that spoiled our event. I've attached original pic which he has sent us and the one which we got finally. we can pay extra charge and go for other decoration event managers. Hall and food was very good which made our day atleast.

One of the worst restaurant.... We orderd *dry chicken lolipop * but but got the one with all sauces wich was too sweet ...... And the service here is very bad and slow..... Don't ever try this restaurant

Food is nice but ice cream and pooding is not to the mark

Nice well maintained place with friendly staff. The food is incredibly good especially the biryani. The Chinese food is good but not as good as the Indian options. My personal favourites are Chicken Biriyani, manchow soup and Chicken 65.

Very worst hotel that I have experienced when elwe reached there it was fine and after sometime the power was gone and after 30 to 45 minutes the power was back then after a while again the power was lost it has repated 4 to 5 times and they had three generators which were not working the manager was so rude the lift was not working at all and we had a small baby in our hands at last when we are about to vacate the hall then the power was back it was the worst hotel

Worst taste. Not worthy. Less quantity. Bad taste I ever tasted in any restaurant

One of the best banquet in that area food was so tasty and I received so many compliments from our guests specially I thank to suresh restaurant manager, who made my event more memorable
