Very Very Bad Showroom. I purchased a bike on May 1st week. Today it's August 18th, but I have still not received my number plate, insurance papers. Behaviour of the Owner Gautam Sur is very bad. Staff also not polite. Purschasing bike from this showroom was the biggest mistake of my life. "Never ever ever buy a bike from this showroom"

I will visit this service centre so many time but last 1year service was to poor so and hero company has not tuch there Customer after service.its very bad

Even after receiving message from RTO they are not giving my licence plate and bluebook . The store has the worst employees and service and behaviour is worst possible. They do not provide service of standard and yes the rude behaviour of staff. I donot recommend this store atall .

Largest single hero service point in the locality... Influx is huge. On holidays they may even refuse after certain point. Cleaning is good. Service so so. They are enjoying monopoly to certain extent. Overall experience good. Spare mostly available.

It's an official working place. Their service is good. You will feel satisfied after talking to them. They advise in betterment of your vehicle. I have personal experience with my hero bike. I am ok with it. Very much satisfied.what about yours ........... SHARE

Hero bike is my best choice,withi in ten years I purchased 4 bikes but last time get the very difficult experience frome SUR AUTO(Chinchura,Hooghly). maximum stuff behaviour is very very poor. So I requested to all hero customer please avoid this showroom.

Never go for paid service, wastage of money & time. They only wash the outside body. They always recommend you to change spares in good condition to increase their sale. If you don't agree then they will damage good parts. I realised it from my last servicing.
