Please note that First impression is best impression. But your firstimpression gives bad experience. Receptionists are not trained in patient care. They lack knowledge of how to handle phone calls and manage doctors' schedules effectively. The reception counter does not have an adequate queuing system or a first-come-first-serve system in place. Even if the first patient is still at the counter, receptionists are allowing the most recent patient to register, disregarding the need to serve patients in the order they arrived.
My experience at this hospital was quite disappointing. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the beginning. The nurses lacked proper manners and didn't provide the level of care and compassion one would expect. It seemed like the doctors were more interested in making money than genuinely caring for patients. The lab services were subpar, and the pharmacy was extremely time-consuming. Additionally, the hospital was overcrowded and poorly managed, making the overall experience even worse. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality healthcare.
Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the doctors, PRO and staff were excellent in all ways. Thanks, everything was good. Very good treatment and the doctor are very friendly to us

Reception and front office quiet good and welcoming.but the doctors are came very late everyday.worst administration I ever seen in my entire life.we spent more than 1000 rupees upon the consultation and we didnt get a proper seating for waiting time.i never recommended anybody.
Be an patient I am fully unsatisfied the consultation and post care.the medicines are very low quality & high price compared to other hospitals.medical lab is very tiny and uncomfortable.hospital premises not cleaned properly.never recommended to anybody.
