Very Very Bad and worst. "Recently, my father underwent surgery at this hospital. I met with the MOD (Medical Officer of Duty) for a discussion regarding the charges. They initially quoted a specific amount, and upon agreement, my father was admitted to the hospital. After admission, they began prescribing medicines. Interestingly, they included a 30% wastage factor in the medication, and they also required an advance payment similar to a 'TAGORE movie correction.' Unfortunately, there appears to be a lack of coordination between hospital staff and external service providers. When I attempted to finalize matters, the MOD was having a discussion in the entrance hall and did not respond adequately. The information shared with patients seemed abrupt and somewhat insensitive. I'm puzzled as to why the management has not taken action to address these issues. I observed that one person received a 10% discount on medicines, and when I inquired about it with the MOD, their response was unsatisfactory. They mentioned that they were unaware and suggested I speak to the medical shop. This explanation is not acceptable. Furthermore, the MOD made a humorous comment about this discount, stating that they had outsourced the medical shop but still expected patients to settle their bills at the hospital cash counter. If the management requires additional information, please let me know, and I'll be happy to provide more details about the drawbacks we've observed in your hospital." Please maintain water filter at level 1 with correct purifier for visitors and It doesn't look like hospitality feeling. The hospital is full of commercial if paitent is serious condition if we need any medicine the pharmacy and the total hospital is demanding to first pay the bill then collect medicines. I DON'T RECOMMEND FOR THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANY HEALTH CONDITIONS.

It's really very well the Doctor's are very friendly and also staff good humanity peoples and hospital also very neat every hr they used to clean

I have good experience with this hospital management , I admitted my sister in law this hospital due to physical weakness , in this hospital we feel any uncomfortable position i intimate hospital management immediately slow my problem thank you so much supraja hospital management

It is quite disappointing to see hospital in such an unorganized manner. Patient care is subjected to their financial status. No response from the management whatsoever may be the reason. I am not sure how few people have positively rated this hospital (may be they were the most lucky ones) but I feel the management has to pay more attention towards patient care and hospital management. Highly dissatisfied with the treatment.

Supraja hospitals was one of the best hospital in Hyderabad city.. The dedication of doctors here are uncomparable.. I have been visiting this hospital since 1years..very experience, efficiency in treating patients by All doctor's,Nursing care and supporting staff also .it's overall good

Municipality would be better than this hospital. Literally ICU was like a fish market. There is no certain communication within staff, they are quarrelling each other without reason. Hospital was just running to loot the money from patients... Horrible experience

I came here for normal check up but they admitted me after doing so many test they told I have viral fever later some other doctor came she said I have lung infection so I have to admitfor 2 days thay will give nubilizer and then I can go later same night they told I have to go for icu next day they told i have pneumonia and swine flu also like that they kept me in hospital for 7 days and bill they gave 4 lakh rs worst management as well worst staff plz dnt visit for any circumstances lower middle class family how they can bill like this when we ask they are telling swine flu ki vajah se 30 percent bill extra aaya hai.... We ask medical certificate still we are running behind them yesterday I got discharge by evening 7 pm very painful to know hospitals are running like this they dnt have feelings they want only money nothing else
