In my opinion we had a worst experience of our lifetime. Bathroom was dirty toilet seat flap was broken. Lift was not working. They told us to use TV but it did not work. They did not provide any amenities at all. So disappointing we stayed for 12 hour as it is near by bus station. That's the only benefit i can say. Nightmare for us. Even charges are high. Hope the manager read this.
Worst place I ever saw. Restroom is dirty basic amenities flush is not working. No heater in room. They are saying high tech like we have given solar connection for heater. They are bring hot water is we ask that to resticted to one bucket. Zero recommended for any persons.The reception person is not responsible for any questions. He don't know how to treat customers.

Horrible Hotel. Worst service, rude staff and cockroaches running around on the beds. Highly don't recommend to anyone. Better to sleep on the road.
One of the worst residency in Madurai.I have just stayed there a day back and I have paid Rs.1200/- for non A/C double beded room.The entire night I have lost my sleep due to mosquitoes and there is no net available in windows.The toilet fittings are worst.Please avoid your stay here ,while you stay at Madurai.
