Good company as an experience with security department
Dear All I was interviewed in Super Smelter Limited company at Jamuria Plant.I got selected in Sales and Purchase department by the HR.This interview was held on dated 27/10/21.HR Department clarify everything about my Salary and terms and conditions of Company.But till date they did not provided me the Offer/Joining Letter.When i am trying to reach HR department via Call or Email they are not responding my call and mail.I wasted my time and money just because of this fake Interview.I was never hope so they will do like this.Request to all before going going for the interview please do confirm with HR that they are seriously hiring the candidate for the vacant post or not.

super smelter company is not reliable at all...i really don't want to give atleast one star to this super smelter company.....this company is so rude ,and so much politics atmoshphere over there.....the company do not judge people qualification...they judge people by politics or from which party they came...if it is b.j.p and t.m.c then they give them a well posting job...so, what about common people ha?do you guyyz really think this is going to be hapening so long? for new commer there have no chance at all and if the new commer person is from west bengal..if a new commer's last qualification is diploma enginerring in mechanical, so super smelter company is giving them a labour job like house keeping,cleening bench, or so many...so what abour there education skill? they directly told that you have not any experiance so you have to do this type of job....if you were not give a chance to a freshers to trined under your company then, what is the good side of your company.. i really can't find atleast a good side about ur company... may be there lot of poor people doing job for money, it dos't mean that you are utiles them.... they work, infact they working hard,and they deserve their money....no one is your sarvent over there..stop behaving like everybody who work there is your leg servent... understand the poor mentality ans lot of politics super smelter limited company....
