Linen was not upto the mark.. lot of stains. Had to ask for towel n soap which need to be in place before check in and without asking. Keeping corridor dark with lights off durin night is too much of economisung... Room was just big enough.. place was clean.. location very conveniently located
We arrived at early at the property and they denied Check-in . The receptionist was utter failure and was arrogant to provide room to us. Never Book for this hotel you will be get embarrassed in front of other people. Very disgusting hotel. It is evident in their Google ratings.
I am new in bengaluru. i recently moved here. I booked this hotel because i don't have a place to stay on the first day, but this is my worst decision. This place is horrible. Staff is not good. Room is not good they provide me very dirty bedsheet. I complained 3 times but they don't about the this type of problem after taking money. They charged for ac room but ac remote is not working. I also registered a complain in oyo but they don't take any action. Don't go in this hotel. I have deleted the pictures which i have uploaded on oyo otherwise i show you how dirty that room was. Even the smell of the room is also not good. Horrible experience
Don't waste your money, health and time. Dirty rooms, bedsheet and blanket were not changed after last use. Checked out immediately. No towel provided and tiny bathroom. Bedsheet was full of hairs and stains. Sad to see OYO lost it's minimum standard.
Location is good but rooms and washrooms is not clean and maintained,worst experience , lots of insects and bed bugs , bedsheets are not clean and not washed totally worst place ,Do not visit here .
