The rooms are very bad. They show a clean room and then allot a room with cockroaches. The toilet very bad odour faucet is in bad dirty shape. The staff makes lot of noise at night and disturbers the customers. We had gone as a family and we're showed room on 2 floor and after payment were allotted room on ground floor. The staff are resting in the ground floor room and drink and talk and laugh loud all night. Please avoid going to this place. It's not for family. They charged us very High without receipt. When asked they said they will give next day but didn't give any. Their check out time is also as they like. They don't refund if you check out early.

Would not recommend the hotel. They say early Checkin charge as something else and then during checkout, they charge full day price for early Checkin. We had a standard rate card for corporate booking but every time they say management changed and prices have increased.

They have fixed hidden cameras in rooms and they are not tied up with OYO as many complaints and illegal activities are registered against this hotel and that is the reason OYO has blacklisted this hotel from their end. So I would advise you to rather go to some other hotels or take help of some apps that can find hidden cameras. If something goes wrong OYO is not responsible as they have blacklisted this hotel and no support is given from online platforms. Rooms are really Good, no basic amenities are provided until you request to provide. The management and staff are irresponsible and criminal minded people. So kindly, Think twice or thrice when it comes to staying here and also about your privacy. The previous Management was really great in terms of hospitality and stood by their words, But the present management have 0% of hospitality skills and experience.

Hotel rooms are fine. It is majorly run through Oyo and there is no way to contact the staff. There is no breakfast facility, even though if you pay for it. The parking lot has a lot of mouse, they chewed through the petrol pipe for my vehicle. No support from hotel staff/management.

They (aka The Prime Hotel) do not honor online bookings (via Oyo confirmed reservations) and demand Extra Money without receipt. If insisted, they just say rooms are not available and do not entertain Calls from Oyo executives. Looting customers by putting in a panic mode and taking advantage as a 11th hour decision is to be made.

Room was clean. But the toiletries where provided only on request. Also mineral water was chargeable. The place is average but have the potential to do a lot better. Location is very good and accessable.

I check into the room the duvet had stains and the bathroom were not clean. They gave me another room . The next day the hotel staff ask me to leave without prior information of my check out. The front desk staff is rude. The guy name murlai was abusive and had no sense of hospitality. I was so not expecting this from my stay at oyo. This is not done... a bad farewell...

Bed was small. When we arrived at the hotel they refused that we had any booking and that oyo doesn't work for them anymore
