Super OYO Townhouse OAK Holiday Grand - Hotel in Patna, Danapur - Patna, India

Very poor service they took apron 45 minutes for serving tea and more then 1 hour for food, staff is very simple and they also don't know how to talk with customer, I not recommend any one for visit this hotel. I book my room with breakfast bit they charge for this as well. For quality is also very cheap but tea is good.

Staffs and their own restaurant food has to be one of the worst I have ever encountered. Rooms are fine according to the price they charge. Location of the hotel is kinda awful too.

Outside food is allowed at this property. They have their own kitchen but they serve 3 - 4 days old chicken, so beware. Reception girl of this hotel is a idiot person. She does not know basics about talking to a guest. Previous reception boys were smart people, they knew how to show hospitality. But this new girl is a complete foolish person. She will make the hotel loose its customers. They have also hiked the price of stay and they take money on their personal gpay account. They should not charge extra money from their customers otherwise they will loose their customers.

I don't know how people are giving them good review.They are fraud.I booked my hotel through OYO but they denied my checkin and they fruaded me by showing checkin on OYO site.They took my money and denied checkin.They are earning money by fraud.Never go to this hotel.The receptionist and manager sab mile hue h aur fraud Karke paise Kama rahe h.Worst ever experience in Patna.If u are new never ever go to this hotel.Customer Ka mobile Leke Khud hi acche review detein h ye.FRAUD.

Dirty pillow, late response and so called smart staff who instrested to your hometown or you book through which app. They said we send bill through WhatsApp but no any bill received. You to wait for atleast 30 minutes for anything. Very irresponsible guy only lightings are good but hygiene not maintained.

Never visit this place because they will ask you for extra money. They don't accept the booking amount given by oyo. They will tell you that we don't have the room that you booked from oyo and this is not our price. They will tell you to pay more.

They will ask for extra money ..and I have already pay at the tym of booking bt after check-in there staff again ask for money

Staff behaviour:- Baddest hotel in the city, earlier this hotel is good but after so much demand they treat u ,like a animal, nd receptionist is very rough ,like u are taking something from him. Food:- food quality is dumb , tasteless and all foods in the menu are not available. Checkin:- they didn't give u room if u book from Oyo and if u ask to Oyo they will confirm ur booking still they didn't give u ur room.. Never go to this property, they treat u like animals.. Better to go townhouse vidya vihar in this range with best staff behaviour and food is also very delicious no one can compete it....
