1. very badly maintained rooms. worn out look. 2. No hot water as the Geyser was removed for repair and no one knew when it will be done. Had to request many times for hot water in buckets. 2. No amenities not even hangers or tissues 3. No soap for bath, asked us to use liquid soap that is fixed near wash basin away from bath area. 4. Generally a casual approach to any issue by the staff. 5. Asked to pay the room rent in advance while checking in unlike other properties that collect it while checking out.

DO NOT STAY HERE WHATEVER YOU DO. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They had accepted my booking knowing I was from the UK, I had been messaging the property for multiple days prior talking about my upcoming stay. When I arrived I was rudely told I could not stay here due to being a "foreigner" as they described me. This completely shocked me as only the day previously I had been reading reviews of this accommodation by people from Europe, so I was completely bemused when they said we could not stay there. We were left waiting for 20 minutes before being told they would try to find us another hotel we could stay in. Then to my absolutely amazement they took our bags downstairs and just left us on our own on the roadside. So as I said whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs!

Best hotel and banquet in indira nagar for amazing experience. All preparations were better thn my expectations. Amazing food, staff service and decorations. Manager is also very active and helpful and managed everything so perfectly.

Location of the hotel is very good as it is situated in a very peaceful location having decent ambiance and proper cleanliness. Overall behavior of the staff is excellent. Though, room needs a bathroom sleeper and walls may be painted for enhancing the atmosphere of the room. Ultimately, I am happy to stay there and looking ahead for more stays as well as I shall also recommend to others. Thanking You for this comfortable stay.
