Super OYO Townhouse Hotel Nera Regency Near Image Hospital - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I'm really disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The AC wasn't working, and the fan's limited speeds made it frustrating. Had to get up multiple times in the night due to the same. The flush and fridge issues only added to the frustration. None of them were working either. When I raised concerns about the AC, the staff's response was far from helpful, suggesting I sleep with the fan on. Requesting a cleaner room also proved futile as I was told all toilets were stained. It's disheartening when basic amenities and customer service fall so short of expectations. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation.

We had a not good experience with the hotel especially the rooms. The rooms are not well maintained. Floors are sticky. Blanket, towels that they provided are very dirty. Bathroom including the bucket and the mug were very dirty. There was no hot water available. Room service was bad too. We had to call them at least 3-4 times to get a service. The photos that are shown here are not the latest ones, they are probably the ones taken when the hotel was started. The only thing we liked is the attached restaurant and the food. Also, the locality is good and there are lots shops as it is a commercial area. We had informed in advance that we wanted to extend the stay until evening but the room was booked by others. We had to leave in the morning sadly with all the luggage. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's not worth Rs1500.

Worst experience probably. Booked a room and placed a call the previous day in the hotel regarding whether I will get a room they told yes. Next day during checkin I was told all the rooms are full like you should have told me the previous day only then I would have cancelled. They are probably taking more money from people booking offline as I saw people coming in later and getting rooms allocated.

Clean rooms but bad engineering. Room flooring is not even. Sufdenly there will be a platform and chanes of fall are high if you walk in dark. No room service at all. Thats the biggest disadvantage. Not even tea or snacks

Hotel Neera Regency is a good place to stay with nice ambience.. It is in proximity to bus stop and places to visit like IT park and national park .It has complimentary breakfast with all basic amenities. It is a great value for value stay.I loved everything here and enjoyed my stay.

Polite staff quite cooperative reasonable budget i book it for fmy team of doctors attatched restaurant which is tasty

Very worst service, have booked the hotel 3 days before and they called me a day before and told me that the booking has cancelled and they had told the reason of that guests had extended their status! Seriously? How come every person on the hotel extended for all the rooms. Don't trust this hotel.

The front desk staff always so friendly and always willing to help. The service is amazing and this is one of the best hotels in madhapur.
