Super OYO Townhouse 931 Hotel Benchmark Vijay Nagar - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

The room was nice. Cosy. Perfect and cheap as well. I got room in just 900rs in OYO offer. The staff was also polite. Their service was good. I guess all the people I met in Indore were nice. Seriously, I loved it. Good for family and friends.

Rooms are ok but hotel seems like not comfortable for couples because you have to enter inside a corridor on the way to room from a gate which can be locked from outside of reception so if you want to check out at random timings someone from out side will have to call to open

Worst receptionist i have ever meet Take extra money at time of check out Totaly spam Location is good but staff and service is very poor There is too much suffocation in all rooms no exaust or windows are available

Very poor place especially if you are coming with family don't book your stay here. This is a very dirty and unhygienic place with very bad food. All floors have smoke smell, I even found cigarette buds in my room and had to call them to get it cleaned. Bed linens and pillow covers were also very dirty with stains all over it. There was a single seating sofa which was also torn. This place is not recommended for family at all.

This place is a scam. Booked from oyo and once we reached they started demanding more money. After that fiasco when we were finally given the room it was nothing like the photo. It was smaller and very dirty. Would not recommend.

Worst service by staff the 2 brothers here are only here to make money the basic rooms are so pathetic that you have to forcefully have to buy the premium room because they won't serve you the better facilities until you pay for the premium room although the food is good here

Total thugs sitting on the reception. They will not accept payments made via the app and will force you to pay on reception. Extremely poor way of dealing with customers. I can only warn people to never book this. OYO WILL NOT HELP THE CUSTOMERS AND WILL ONLY FOCUS ON WHAT THE HOTEL SAYS. BEWARE.

The reception at the hotel asked us extra money for stay which was previously booked at 889 the asked 110 extra for that. Staff was not at all cooperative and the way of talking to us was also not good. There was a moment when they asked us to cancel the booking too. I would not recommend staying in this property.They charged us extra for the stay. I would not recommend staying at this property. My experience was not upto the mark.The way they asked us for extra money and giving it the name of glitch between their property I saw that happening again in the morning with another customer who checked in the next morning.
