The Receptionist asked for extra Money for booking, though I have paid the amount online but for entry they demanded extra Money, Oyo shoul look into this issue, would have opted for better hotel at that price,If you payment is higher then 1000 then they give u bigger room , else they give you smaller room The hotel doesn't allow out side food . Food was much expensive and low quantity. Guest not allow in room, ac not working properly, staff behavior was good

This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk lady is worst and unprofessional dont even have professional etiquette .I went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are moderate gloomy ambience...room is not worth what you are paying. location is good . otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is worst...Outside foods are not allowed and prices they tagged it unreasonable high

Very bad experience..... reception lady very rude ....I already paid payment for booking ...when I arrived they told me we not accept paid booking from online. And behave very rude and provided me a small room very disappointed behaviour. Not helpful

Grabs extra money, saying Even if you book in app with 1100, you have to pay 1600. Rooms are very ordinary but again in 1600/- what more can you expect. Actually the welcoming is so poor and pathetic, that the other experience hardly matters.

Room was good and clean. Washroom was also clean. Location was best. Receptionist and the service person was also well behaved. Food is also good, the person who comes to deliver food asks for tips which is bad I would say. Also the security guard here asks for tips after you check out every time.

They want extra money. So I didn't go. I call them before going there. They are not trained how to talk to the guests on call. Talking sence is not so good.

The location of the hotel is calm and peaceful. And there is a playing field and an open gym just outside the hotel. The city centre is only 10 mins away. And there are some good restaurants in the vicinity. Staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel restaurant is a little overpriced. Overall a good experience.

Room is good, Washroom is good. Service is bad. Dirty bed cover but they arranged it after complaint. Very disturbing thing is they changed it when we went outside. Our bag, document, important materials was there on that time in the room. They opened it by duplicate key. I requested them not to open rooms without our presence. But they didnot. Delay food service and price is comperatively very high. I paid rs 1500 for delux room. If you book via online at rs 1000/1100, then you have to pay 300-400 extra.
