Rooms were ok but the complimentary breakfast was horrible. We can sure try for better hotels in Tirupathi.

I had the worst experience here. Though we had pre-booked 3 rooms 2 weeks in advance, we were given only 2 rooms and the third room was given at the end of the day. The rooms are dirty and smell really bad. My family had dust allergy and nose irritation after staying in this hotel. The bathrooms are horrible. The bedsheets were not clean. The extra bed which was given was so old and dirty. Overall the experience was terrible. Please don't go to this hotel.

The worst!!! Absolutely disgusting and unappealing, with rooms with used bed sheets, unwashed and extremely unhygienic conditions. Not to start with the food which was nothing but tasted like plastic... The breakfast included nothing but idli and that too which was served after 1hour of horrible taste and waste of time. Extremely worst behaviour from staff to ladies and responsibility on room service. Worst experience ever in Tirupati, I suggest no families to ever stay or even eat at this so called hotel which has conditions down to the dogs. Don't fall for the catfish sort images they show on the internet.

Hotel didn't accept OYO booking at all and said that they can't allocated the room for suck low price (1900 per night) and they demanded more price. When I argued with the front desk about why they have included their hotel in OYO stays, they said, OYO itself is showing the their Hotel in the bookings and they are not interested or least bothered about OYO. Finally they have charged 600 rs extra - 2600 per one night stay which is too much heavy for that hotel. OYO team, pls take care of such properties otherwise, your brand would be trouble in the coming days.

I was told that it is low tariff and I had to pay 3k apart from what I paid online. When I spoke to OYO representative, he asked me to shift to another property. My question is why did you allow to book at a low tariff in the first place? Second, when I travel whole day to rest at the end of the night, you ask me to shift to another property. I would expect OYO to repay the 3k that I paid at the hotel. Otherwise, I would never boom OYO in my life and would suggest/advise all my friends the same.

It was not a fair service. We had pre-booked rooms nearly a week ago and have paid 100% of the amount through OYO application. Wherein on day of check-in they denied saying rooms are full and no check-in applicable. The hotel DJ grand does not understand the meaning of pre-booking and reservations thereby making there hospitality a bad in this business forum. Due to there lack of understanding in already booked status, it affected our entire schedule for the day. I have further seen multiple review with same concern. But still there seems to be no improvement. Requesting hotel booking applications like Oyo, Agoda etc... To take necessary esclation against this concern and close it once and for all. Thanks

Good hotel, staff very helpful rooms are spacious. We will recommend it. Awesome food

Good place to stay , secured hotel food and service is awesome. Centrally located,speedy wifi we will strongly recommend this. Friendly management and staf we love dj grand.
