Super OYO Townhouse 704 Hotel Divya Palace - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

Had a very bad experience. I booked a room in this property and I got the confirmation. Also, a day before I checked with rep with the booking confirmation. But when my family reached there they said they don't have room available as all rooms are booked for a marriage function. My family waited outside and looking for some other place. Honestly, I am very disappointed with the hotel service. If the person have the booking confirmation mail still they denied to provide any room. Seriously very bad experience

Good hotel, very well behaved staff All facilities available here Hotels have good restaurants There is an unlimited buffet system at a price of 200rs per head, The room has enough space for 3 people. Bathroom size is good But the bathroom is less clean. The hotel has 2 benquet halls which are enough for a small party

Service staff mr. nitin & mr. solanki very rude & unprofessional to guests even to the ladies & kids. Service boys Vijay, tiwari, nandu, Vishal etc are better than nitin & solanki but boys also focused to get more tips more service may be due to less salary. No practice to have tax invoice. They even hesitate to replace tv / ac remote batteries despite of several reminders. No response to room cleaning on daily basis. I feel the owner should personally interact with guests & staff for betterment.

They denied us entry even when we had prepaid online.. We had planned the trip after booking the rooms but when we reached the hotel we were denied entry at night.. When asked they said OYO took the money and we didnot.. Which makes no sense to us as we were given very bad service.. Someone at hotel staff told me that this happens everyday at the hotel.. Please beware of such shady hotels..

this is just a Dirty room with Dirty bed with dirty washroom.. extremely Bad.. Hotel staff follows you like a beggar asking for Tip.. Mosquitoes all over.. Experience is so pathetic that do even want to waste more time reviewing this oyo...

I booked this for 3 people for 2 days. Rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. AC was working good. I wish they would clean rooms every day. The commom area was clean and good. They have a restaurant outside - Shivalay serving quality and fresh food. You can order it in your room too. There are couple of Banquet halls available for wedding, or any kind of celebration with seperate entrance. Hotel is open in night as many tourist go to Sarafa Bazaar and return late around 3. The security guard was very helpful as he arranged autorickshaw when we ventured out. I extended my stay for half day as my kid was not well. The accomodated us in the same room with extra charges.

This stupid hotel is my life. I have not seen even the worst service here till the complete staff just spoke and the service is very poor and if you forget everything then you will not even find your father.

Great location. Chappan Dukaan & Sarafa Bazaar is just a couple of km away. The room service is good if you order food else it is terrible. WiFi is choppy. Avoid this hotel if you are staying for work.
