I had made a booking from OYO app. On reaching the hotel, the person sitting at front desk asked me to pay 500 extra else he would cancel the booking. Seeing such behaviour I denied paying extra amount. This hotel didnt even cancel my booking. Till date my money is stuck with OYO. Pathetic experience!
It was a good stay at the hotel. This hotel comes under swag stay now. Also they charged much more than the pricing shown online. If you book through oyo or any other app they'll charge you extra when you reach there better call and ask them before booking.
Room condition is pathetic. I have booked 2 rooms. One room bed was in broken condition. Floor mats are really in bad condition. Lobby was not cleaned. Unwanted material kept in Almirah that seems leftover from previous coustomer. I have ordered milk and milk was very bad taste. Extra bed charge was exorbitant. I will not recommend this hotel to stay with family.
Rooms are clean but not 100%. Checkin experience is good. Washroom are very bad. Not clean at all. Stinky smell coming out from it. Hotel food is very bad in taste. Wouldn't recommend to order from here. Room service is delayed. Room matress is too uncomfortable springs are broken out. Located very near to bus stand and railway station. Outside food and visitors are not allowed.
The worst hotel and my stay there was kind of the worst nightmare. First of all, don't go with photos this hotel is very dirty even the public toilet is cleaner than this hotel. Pathetic service. No security, I stayed with my wife and during my stay at 3 am someone is continuously knocking on my door and forcefully trying to open the door, I need to call the police as the hotel staff was not at all trustworthy. Later after investigation, it came out that some other guest from another room was drunk and was misunderstood to open our room instead of his room. How could a hotel allows such drunk and hangover people in the hotel and if they are allowed they should take care that other guest should not be disturbed. I'll never suggest this hotel to anyone.
Service was unacceptable prior information of a liver chronic patient staying with his son for checkup in city no blanket were provided for son. Apart from having power backup specifically booked by for the same still power was shut down from morning till the time of checkout..bad experience
Bad bad bad stay ..its not even close to what's it shows in photos..rooms are very dirty..bathroom is very stinky n unhygienic..staff behavior is bad..they don't even clean room or change bedsheet .food is worse.. Room ac doesn't work.. If u looking for hotel in Nagpur..this one is a bad choice...
Worstest hotel I ever saw. They do not accept Oyo bookings, but the fact is, they have tie-up with Oyo and told us to pay extra money which was completely worthless because they don't provide service which we expect. Reception staff was very very rude and don't know how to communicate/attain their guests. Hotel room, washroom(public toilets are more cleaner), flooring, bedding were very dirty and used one. They don't know difference between clean and dirty. If you were called them for cleaning then you don't get any response which was very annoying. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY STAY. They charged us more money for one day stay, anyone can find much more better option than this place. If you are new in Nagpur and want clean, pleasant place for staying; go for other choices not for this one. If you are the candidate appearing for exam looking for hotel-stay then this is not a right place to stay.
