Our experience has been pretty disturbing and uncomfortable as soon as we entered the hotel. 4th October was our Pre Wedding shoot and we took the hotel for basically freshening up and changing purpose for shoots at different locations. The moment I had reached out to the receptionist, firstly due to some reason they were not being able to retrieve our information booked from makemytrip due to some network connectivity issue which wasted quite some time of ours. Secondly the receptionist had asked for a marriage certificate which we obviously did not have because again pretty obvious we were not married yet as it was our Pre Wed Shoot Day. Then the person at the reception and another person joined him saying that they cannot allow us as because we are not married and they do not allow unmarried couples to enter their hotel. Now it is clearly mentioned in makemytrip app policy that Unmarried couples are allowed in this hotel and I had showed them as well but they argued and repeatedly denied that it is not their policy and they say that in their Oyo app it is written that Unmarried couples are not allowed. They literally harassed us for good 20 mins by not allowing us to enter. We were already tired and exhausted because we had few shoots in the morning as well and we entered the hotel at around 4 or 4:30 They kept on saying while arguing that it is not their concern what is written in makemytrip app as they are directly associated with Oyo. I cannot imagine such an experience ever like this when my fiance is beside me. It was embarassing as well. They never for once said that they would provide the room during the argument but when we decided to leave, they suddenly saw our luggages and I don't know what conversation both of them had between them and suddenly they did the check in process and gave us the room. The experience was in two words horrible and scary!!

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very nice, clean and tidy. The hotel service is really very good. The behavior of the owner is very good and the behavior of the staff is also very nice. The hotel is very close to Quest Mall, a 5-minute walk away. However, the price of the hotel is a little higher but the service is very good. We were there for two days, we liked it very much. Everything in the room was stocked and the bathroom was clean and tidy.

the hotel is good but they demand 1500 per day and when we booked online it was 1259 invluding all taxes. Besides i am not satisfied with oyo service.. because i had issues regarding oyo wallet money i tried to contact oyo customer care bt i could not reach out. please suggest some ways to transfer my oyo wallet money to my card which i used while booking.

DON'T PREBOOK THIS HOTEL. I was denied room (quoted: we are overbooked) after having booking confirmation more than a week back and eventhough my booking was through OYO app. Not just me, around 25-30 guests were denied after us the same day. They are pathetic and have zero ownership for one's wellbeing. I visited in a peak season so getting another hotel at the last moment ruined my entire day and ofcourse burnt my wallet.

Neat n clean room. Toilet was clean n soap, gel, moisturizer were available. Bed also comfortable, AC OK. Overall very good.

No TV in the Room, room having dirty stain in the wall, size of the room is too small. I booked this hotel at Rs1000 but the hotel staff reject my booking on the same day of staying by saying talk to oyo and add another 400 bucks to stay in hotel. It was very pathetic experience with them.

the room in reality is not like shown in images, maintenance of the hotel was very bad..the room in reality is not like shown in images, maintenance of the hotel was very bad. stinky smell of the toilets, too many mosquitoes, lack of space in the room to change clothes, delayed response from the hotel staff in attending to us are just some the the many issues that we faced. the management bluntly denied any such issues in the room. after hours of discussion with the manager reg the issues faced by us, they finally agreed to change the room the next day. overall a nightmarish experience for decent families to stay for the night.

Worst place and location , got room without lock, highly unsafe and dirty room. Not to recommend anyone to go there. Worst OYO to visit ever. Poor hospitality and flithy room and washroom.
