Worest of the worest exprience i got in patna and shameless staff ever i meet. My first visit was quite good but second time when i booked again they incres price room in just 15 days. They asked for 300 extra price. Who wants to visit this hotel plese go on your own risk. if you are couple this place is not for you.

I have no clue if the people who have been staying in the hotel were blind or what... I stayed in the hotel for 3 days, the property is good, no doubt. The staff however, is carefree like they have been appointed for a Govt Job who work from 9-6, they're least bothered about the guests. Being an ex employee of Hotel Taj and JW Marriott, I know how hotels work. This hotel should not even considered to be a hotel. You'll call kitchen, they won't answer, you'll call Reception for assistance they'll be watching reels and youtube shots and won't answer, coz watching reels and YT shots is wayyyy more important than the guests. You'll ask for a soap, dental kit, shampoo, they'd say, they don't have it and can't get it for you. "Locality"- The location of the hotel is such, you won't get any thing nearby, unless you have your own vehicle. In my case, I travelled all the way from Chandigarh to Patna, first experience in Patna. Not worth the charges they charge you. "Housekeeping"- They won't offer you service / room cleaning till you start begging for it. They'll make all kind of excuses, Banda nahi hai, check out time ho Gaya hai, aap ke samne hi saaf karenge, etc. In my case, they agreed to clean the room after 2 days of my stay on the 3rd, housekeeping asked me if they could throw the bottle of Limca that is full and sealed packed. I told em not to touch it. Then, obviously if the room is being cleaned n serviced you'll go out or roam around till your room is serviced. Now I was prescribed an ointment which was kept around the telephone, after the service was done, I came back to the room and got back to my usual day routines, I need that ointment in the night before I sleep, they had thrown itz without asking what it is, or if I'd need it. Pathetic service, worst experience of my stays so far. "Not recommended" / "Never recommended" Kill yourself, but don't go to this hotel.

Place is good with good rooms and stay. Staff not friendly. No amneties. Rooftop was disgusting, unclean with lot of insects. If you just want to go sleep off a night, can try it out.. They asked me for 1800rs even after i had a prepaid booking from oyo.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! Rooms are smelling and doors locks are not working. Staff told us to go out without locking the doors. Very unprofessional behaviour. No towel no bedsheet change happens there.

I visited there last week with my parents, I already booked two rooms through Agoda from 6 Feb to 12 Feb but on reaching the hotel they said we don't have a room on 8 Feb . So they asked me to cancel the booking and find a new hotel. But after a long argument with the hotel staff, they gave us rooms on one condition that we manage somewhere else on 8 of Feb at our own expense. We don't have any choice so we stayed there for 5 days and on 8 Feb we stayed at another hotel and paid 1000 extra as room rent. We have complimentary breakfast in our booking but they refuse to give us any breakfast. Even they don't have normal water in the rooms to drink. They said only one thing if you book directly then they will provide all facilities and be responsible. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, no table in the room. i never suggest anyone stay there.

I was in Patna for usual work, this hotel is newly constructed and maintained well. Rooms were decent size and washroom was nicely clean. If you are travelling for work, this is a minimal hotel room with most of the decent amenities. don't expect a lot, like I said its a good hotel for a comfort stay at minimal facilities.

Bed sheets and comforters are really old and stained this was my 3rd visit since 2019. But now i feel these things should change as they are nasty

Room and services were ok but not matching with the price.
