I booked this hotel while traveling to Lucknow for watching a world cup match. We booked 2 rooms online and when we reached hotel, the reception lady started arguing that she will not accept online payment and demanded more money. She added you need to pay 18% gst apart from online payment. Looks like she did not yet understand the tax concept. She was very arrogant and childish. Very unprofessional behaviour and no sense of responsibility, the only demand she had was money. I would not recommend this hotel at any cost. Worst stay experience.

My friends and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at a hotel in Lucknow. We had booked two rooms online for our trip to watch a World Cup match, but the moment we set foot in the hotel, our troubles began. The receptionist's behavior was far from professional. Despite having made an online payment, the receptionist insisted on an additional payment. She even demanded an extra 18% GST, which was clearly incorrect. Her lack of understanding of tax regulations was evident and her conduct was entirely inappropriate. Her demeanor was both arrogant and immature, showing no sense of responsibility or customer service. It seemed as though her primary objective was to extract more money from us. Such unprofessionalism is completely intolerable, and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. Our stay at this hotel was the most unpleasant travel experience I've ever had. The staff was unhelpful, and the receptionist appeared to be making up rules on the spot. It's crucial to choose accommodations that value their guests and offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay, which this hotel utterly failed to provide. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this hotel.

A big NO for booking at this hotel. My recent stay at this pathetic hotel was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. Not only did the hotel fail to meet basic standards of service, but the behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable. The staff at this hotel exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism. They were rude, unresponsive, and seemed disinterested in providing even the most basic assistance. It was clear that they had no regard for the guests' comfort or satisfaction.

Rooms are pathetic, not cleaned. Bedsheets have holes. Bathrooms are uncleaned. Receptionist is very rude and make self rules. She said if we will pay by OYO still we need to pay 18 percent GST seperately. And have to wait 5 hrs for the rooms. She forced us to book room directly at higher prices and took advantage of our situation as we didn't have time. Plus no keys were provided and again all staffs were unsupportive and it looked like there is no policy of having good behaviour with customer. Rather they have policy to how to behave rude and get more and more money from customer.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen...... they charge like star hotels n their services is not even upto mark! Rooms are in pathetic condition, no clean sheets nor hygienic washrooms. Even the staff and receptionist are full of bad behavior n attitude . They don't even give us room keys .... n the room service boys keeps opening the door for no reason .... never go here. It's for cheap couples

Booked it online for me and my family. This place is really very unsafe during checkin formalities we saw a lot of couples checking in for just 2-4 hrs..some of the girls were drunk as they were staggering. Room was very small with broken taps, chairs,bed.Washroom and room were full of cigarette smoke. We decided to leave the hotel as my family safety is much more impt than money. It is the same kind of hotel for which OYO is infamous.

It was a horrible place I have ever seen . Spot on oyo's are far better than this , u can't even imagine townhouse has such a vulgar property . Handwash was filled with water completely, there was no tv , even dustbin in the room. The room was so dirty like hell. There were so many hair strands , food stains , it was totally pathetic. Never ever visit this hotel . I am warning u , never.
