Excellent experience, cooperative and professional staff. Aapar (the owner) being an owner, he's a grounded person with their guests and provides best hospitality. I use to stay in his hotel only because of his and staff's behaviour and hospitality. Worth it

Great hotel with good facilities only thing hotel lacks is kitchen

The reason behind i given 1 star because there was a lot of issues with property not with property people's. 1. They asked more money after 100% Fully advanced payment. They said we can't give room on this price. If property is not giving room as promised price then OYO shouldn't provide any type of promotional discount or coupons. I paid double amount of booking amount. 2. AC wasn't working. They didn't changed the room after complaining. 3. TV was there but setup box wasn't there. OYO should informed me if this is my responsibility to take pendrive with me. Jokes apart that's not acceptable on this kind of price. 4. Room wasn't good everything was a mess blanket wasn't washed and place wasn't hygienic. 5. They don't have any towels in bathroom not a single cloth. There's a lot of this to not choose this hotel. Definitely this is a couple friendly oyo but on this price range this isn't acceptable you can choose another best quality hotels on another platforms like treebo and fab hotels. Or you can also choose another good property on OYO. Hopefully this review helps you to find a good stay.

One star for 1 person who got all our stuff on top floor because guess what guys the lift doesn't work, oyo number and name not mentioned so it might take a while to know if this is the oyo you were looking for not. Next who takes ID of guests like I am literally shocked as this has never happened and we have been from 5 star hotels to forts to most prestigious resorts for our work, we didn't stay we didn't show ID let alone deposit them, its like a really shady thing to do which is not mandatory for guest, only mandatory for the person renting the room even if they want to stay the day or not. This is beyond me. If our client wasn't staying here I would have just removed my stuff and look for the next room. The receptionist working in hotel industry should surely realise this. Also room size is big but the ac installed doesn't cool the room guys, in summer, when it's actually needed. The guard just sits and doesn't bother with letting you know it is the oyo you are looking for, he just stands to see what they will do even if you ask them. I like the curtains but nothing else. Thank god to swiggy that delivers upstairs and also honestly no hygiene, a day before visiting them we went to this with roughly same area and floors, but the way they cleaned and welcomed us, after it's hospitality business and I pay for hospitality and hygiene was unparalled they indulged with us, and wanted to help us, no matter how modest you are, it's not too much guys. It's the little efforts that show.

I visited again at your hotel ....booked from Oyo but you guys charged me 500 bugs extra...after that I tried to book directly from you but you told me I have to pay 1600 and you are not serving Oyo ...1600 for 1 day seriously? That is why I am not visiting at this property anymore...my first stay was okay but after that pathetic response from your management.

There was nothing like an average hotel. The rooms were of good sizes but the mantainance was extremely poor. Improper drainage,damaged towel rod & no hooks to hang cloths in toilet. Services were poor. Breakest was disgraceful with no choices. bufet was not there although it was clearly mentioned in their online booking.Room supply of food was there with single chair and no table in double occupancy room. There was no place to keep luggage. Overall it was a very bad stay.

This very nice oyo hotel i have booded it many times rooms so cleen or staf so good i m so glad and get posative veiw in hotel.
