Average cleaniness.. Although the hotel provides Mosquito repellant, but of no use. Fed up of mosquitos. Not worth

Thr room was not properly clean, and there were no proper bathroom amenities. But according to the price it was a very good room. The staff is super helpful and hospitality was superb, the food was tasty, all the basics things were provided timely. Also, the colour theme was very good like all the other oyo townhouses.

Location of the hotel is good but if you think for services from the hotel staffs ... you won't get it. No food allow from outside and was surprised once given the order of dinner at 9:45 PM , The reception staff reverts that food cannot be served because of not having the kitchen boy and suggests me to order to outside. once asked that at the time of check in you conveyed that food is not allowed from outside than how can you deny for services than finally after getting my angry they write down my order. I stay here for three nights , You won't get the Tea in morning before 8:30 AM Rooms are specious, The lady receptionist is having cooperative nature. The hotel must have a facility as a home outside of your city and hospitality means a lot , which you cannot feel here.

The desk assistants were very pretty helpful and courteous. Whenever we needed help they would respond positively.... Rooms are spacious with neat and chic interiors with all the required amenities....I had the balcony room... Just one suggestion: Kindly keep some clothing hangers in the wardrobe... Would recommend this place if looking to have a peaceful stay, away from noisy clutter of traffic but still want to be near around prominent landmarks around.. (D Mall...etc)

Good experience but room wall and curtains were so dirty no handwash soap available their, LED also not working. Otherwise it's nice

Overall good experience but food was little expensive and I also paid service charge for food even food made in hotel kitchen only. Security and privacy is my first priority as reception staff should be friendly so that couples can feel more comfortable at property.

The hotel staff was quite rude and were not at all talking politely, they had restrictions on kids however whole night there was extremely noise porblem because of their cocktail bachelor's party happening on the floor, unhygienic bedsheets and fully smoking zone.

As there is no much choices in the area, hotel is good, rooms is cleaned (satisfactory), poor food hygiene, don't recommend food in hotel menu, but they allow outside food to bring
