I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was dirty and outdated, with a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were hairs all over the shower and sink. The bed sheets had stains and looked like they had not been changed in days. The noise level was also unbearable, with loud music and people shouting in the corridors late at night. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and it took forever to get any assistance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to avoid it at all costs."

Nothing good about the hotel.. AC making heavy noises and water dripping all through night..couldnot even sleep becoz of the noise. Tv remote was not available, despite making many requests, they could give the remote just before checkout. Geyser was not working.. There was no options for complimentary breakfast. We had to eat puris that too limited quantity.. I have seen buffet breakfast menu in townhouse hotels earlier. Overall room service very bad.

I usually don't review anything until i find it's very necessary, The property Owner and receptionist was very nice, Aswell Check-In process was very easy, I Would suggest go for Pay At Hotel Option i did same, Below Lines couple will relate I was planning to meet my long distance partner and Literally i was really worried where, how etc, Then I Booked this and we finally meet, Everything went well nothing to worry, And there is Restaurant nearby which name Is SpiceSutra must try delicious. Stay was pleasant but finding location was bit difficult because the name of hotel is entirely different from what shown on Google Map.. However, location is good once you find the hotel..I request to hotel team to please upload recent photos of your building

Don't get fooled with photos showing on app there will nothing be same when you visit In real also sometimes hotels will not be there.. Thanks to my pre-awarness I booked 2 different hotels in same date.. Otherwise my whole plan was about to spoil..!! Be alert while choosing a hotel with Oyo guys.. I'll recommend go with other apps available in market. Oyo attracts with eye-catching cheap rates and fake room and hotels photos..!!

Both room and washroom were dirty and unhygienic. Food was also unpalatable. Staff was rude and charged extra money.

Worst hotel of Lucknow. They are cheaters. They show something else and serve something else. They served me stale food. Also it seems like a cheap & fishy place. Avoid this stay option unless you are in an emergency.

Damp marks on the ceiling and walls... There is no tv connection. When I asked them to on the setup box they said that the maintenance work is going.. and they asked to pay the money at hotel unless we are not guarantee to provide the room..
