One of the worst Oyo experience. Room wasn't clean including toilet. After complaining to manager,then they sent the staff. Even bed covers, pillow covers were unclean. Bed is uncomfortable, floors were unclean. Nothing was cleaned.
This property is a bit older one and renovated . This has criteria making it a Oyo townhouse but here are the drawbacks 1. Rooms we stayed was feeling damp 2. The toilets were leaking and smelling as well even after cleaning. 3. The rooms are not smoking free hence they we could smell cigarette because of the previous guest. 4. In the name of breakfast they only give you toast , Poha ,Tea and sandwich/toast as complementary. Pros: 1. Rooms size are decent 2. Location is very easy to identify 3. Food is ok ok and can be ordered from the in-house Kitchen
Very poorly managed hotel. The toilets are very dirty. The bed sheets have turned grey. Very bad odour in rooms of moisture. The hotel is totally in dilapidated condition. Only advantage is it's at a walking distance from railway station.
Rooms are modern and very spacious. Location of the hotel is near to the station and easily accessible from all major attractions of Indore. Disappointing part was rooms were unclean, dust on floor, hair on bedsheets etc.Overall good experience as it is Value for money

Room location is at center but room cleaning is zero or pathetic.. Bedsheets are smelling and Torn apart.. Bathroom Have no Shower gel Or Oyo Toolkit.. After so many times to call service boy than you get services.. Totally DISAPPOINTED WITH PRICE AND HOTEL ROOMS QUALITY AND OTHER SERVICES..
So my guest booked it from booking. com and paid booking amount to oyo. When we came for check in the hotel was already fully booked offline. They had 4-5 same cases with online booking. People were waiting in lobby with same issue. Pathetic reception staff, denied to help anyone and was also talking rudely.
