There should be a zero rating option as well for this hotel. Poor management and poor food quality. Extra small size rooms. Congested locality. Zero amenities.

Room was not cleaned properly. Charged 250+ extra from every customer who got there saying that you should have paid the amount in advance in the app itself but now we are getting bill of 1169 whereas the amount showing to me was 938 . The AC was not working. Badly cleaned bathroom

They don't give the rooms on time, I was reached at 12:15 pm on my last stay, but they didn't give me room after 2 hours of waiting. Unprofessional staff and the front desk girl was so rude.

Rooms are very dirty lock doesn't work beds smelling even toilet condition is very dirty.

If u just wanna stay it's fine. I was washing my face and the tap came off. Try imaging that. Bathrooms were clean. Bed was fine but walls were dusty and a couple of mosquitoes gave a wonderful company till 3AM.
