Worst experience ever in my life. Please beg u never book this hotel. Please please please worst worst worst hotel people ever seen in my Life time. Please they harassed my partner. Please don't go with partners, u may be locked. My amount is gone not refunded. They shouted at me and harassed my partner. The amount what they are showing on online payment is different and they asking extra amount in the hotel during check in. They are looting customer's money please never ever book this hotel the worst experience ever. Thuuuuu
Firstly the receptionist is very arrogant and rude and thers no point booking online.on arrival they asked to pay extra amount and asked to cancel the online booking saying we dont have any tie ups with oyo. Even if u some how pay there price and stay , be ready to carry your own luggage and find the room on your own. Worst experience.

booked it from goibibo. When i reached the location. There is no hotel by name oyo townhouse 076 Hebbal. i got confused and called the number available in the vochure. he asked the details of the booking and made me wait/ on hold for nearly 60 minutes telling he needs time to guide me. Hotel name is citrus the Receptionist asked me to pay extra money for the room. Reason they quoted is they were no where related to oyo , so it's our fault to book the hotel. So don't fall for this scam. Don't book the hotel through any online flatform . Goibibo should verify properly before listing it to public.
