Super OYO The Goan Courtyard - Hotel in Goa, Majorda - South Goa, India

This was without doubt the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. The manager and owner was incredibly unhelpful and rude. They refused to provide a written receipt of any payments for rooms that we had to pay for in full in cash before we were able to check in. Even at checkout they could not provide a receipt despite having asked for 5 days. I was appalled by the way we were treated as guests. The rooms were full of cockroaches, my matrass had the sharp end of a spring sticking out of the edge which could easily have cut my leg and the food is terrible.

1. Issues before check in I had booking here from OYO site itself, but some called me before a day asking to pay money or they will cancel booking. I did not pay even they called multiple times. When I reach there guy available at desk said we did not called and provided roots as per booking. 2. Issue with hotel Location is very inside, if you do not have personal vehicle avoid it. Nothing you can get nearby. Rooms are ok. No service available at hotel. Not even breakfast.

Absolutely horrible place to go Its dirty, staff are unprofessional and the treatment for their residents is bad, the even ignore you at times, and the hotel is isolated. You cant access cabs or anyother ways of transportation unless walking some distance to the main road. Ruined my holiday.

This place doesn't deserve any star, dirty, unclean, arrogant staff and isolated clearly NOT for family stay. I feel cheated for paying such money for a place like this. I don't recommend this place to anybody for the kind of experience I had. Oyo stop using paid reviews and stop cheating people. I believe there should be some ethics or at least some good left in you, this not how business is done.

Apres une tres longue journee de transport on est arrive vers 23h30 extenue a l'hotel, on a ete tres mal accueilli. L'hote a voulu absolument qu'on paye les 4 nuits directement seulement on lui a explique qu'on ne pouvait pas car on avait pas assez d'argent sur nous et qu'on lui donnerai le lendemain quand on aura retire et qu'on pouvait lui payer au moins cette nuit, il a presque refuse (nous etions perdu dans un endroit ou il n'y avait rien autour de nous). On a quand meme pu dormir une nuit et la quelle surprise les draps etait sales et la salle de bain pas propre. Une mauvaise experience.

The person who sits on the counter has no manners at all..his name is hitanshu.. he was busy on his phone it was very much important for him other then talking to customers.. this is ridiculous the way he spoke .. when I asked him to keep his phone aside and guide us about rooms he argued with us... Never ever gonna visit this place... ridiculous behaviour... No people are there to carry luggage till room seriously very bad experience

Worst app. I booked 4 times different rooms in goa, 3 times my checkin denied. Property owners are registered to reach them, after reaching they will ask more money or will tell no vacant rooms even if confirmed.

Horrible and not recommendedClean spacious rooms.OYO service has always been pathetic. Hotels do not consider online booking. The staff at counter was very unhelpful and was talking if he is doing obligation for giving me a room. He did not allow to see the room until paid in full. No room service . Asked for water and it did not reach ever. The location of the property is very very far from main beach and market. Only if u have a car then take this property. You won't even get cab from beach to hotel after 8pm. The booking told complementery breakfast but reception guy refused for it stating that they don't have kitchen. Strange.nOverall highly dissatisfactory stay. Will never recommend.
