Stupid place to stay. They will charge you moneu for breakfast but wont give breakfast. Staff charges 500 extra .worthless place

Guest service was not good. The room was not prepared for the guest. Needed to call multiple times for fixing the issues for power, AC, and TV. Furniture quality and cleaning were not so good.

I booked 10+ rooms weeks in advance with payment for a family function, but they did not honor the booking at the last minute stranding my guests in the reception for an hour. They kept telling me that the booking was not made and I should contact the manager. I had to make multiple calls disrupting my family function to get multiple guests settled in fewer rooms that were provided. No water was provided in the rooms and one bathroom had a broken flush. The folks at the reception were totally incompetent, clueless, and rude. I lost face with my guests. Stay away if you are looking for a hassle-free experience.

Location was good according to my work. The room were specious and amenities was there as mentioned also they accept prepaid bookings which is now days getting vanished at some Oyo properties. Overall it was nice stay. Will recommend this property for work visits.

Best place to stay in yelahanka.location is prime,good restaurant at walkable distance. Great service , very spacious rooms at cheap rate. Hot water is available day and night.This property is very close to garuda mall. In case you are visiting here,ask the Auto to stop near Garuda mall main gate. Although the only problem i face was, there were no body wash, mositurizer, in bathroom only empty bottles were there which is bearable. Manager is also good and kind , he allows us for "little" early check in at no cost. You will not see any manager number there is no restaurant present here so be informed about this, and bring your own snacks for urgency.

the stay was good. but it could be better if it's a 24hrs check in and check out. we checked in at 4pm and the next day the receptionist called by 11am to checkout at 12pm. we were out shopping. said it will take some time, but he insisted that we vacate immediately. we then had to call the manager and explain the situation.we vacated the room around 4pm but still they charged extra rs.500/- for it.

Dirty rooms no clean...rude staff behaviour overall worst
