Im currently in the room, I checked in 20 mins ago, this property is spotless! From the check in process to the cleanliness of the room to the maintenance of the place, 5 stars! Totally recommended!!
Decent hotel accommodation with breakfast included. Breakfast was South Indian in plenty by quantity. Coffee and tea were good.
Staff were rude, no friendly approach, one hour Early checkin, took 400/-, extra pillow 400, no receipts.
Rude behaviour of reception staff, tiny wash room, no complementory break fast
worth for money. you get a suite at this value. food need improvement. they should make the room ready for the guest once pure booked| to avoid reminding every thing right from the remote batteries to tv recharge. staff are very supportive. good room service. nice rooms. overall value for the money.
the rooms are big and spacious. since there are two rooms, one is like a living room with sofas and the other is the bedroom, it felt very spacious. there is a balcony too. all of this makes it value for money. staff is polite and food at the restaurant is really good and affordable.
Rooms are big and modern. But failed to maintain cleanliness. Bedspread and bedsheet were not washed. Toilet was not washed properly. Don't use jet spray, it was yellowish. Food was good. If they improve cleaning, It will be worth 5 stars.
Place was really good at a peaceful location.3 Reason I gave only 3 stars:1) Fan in the room was not putting me to sleep but waking me up or never letting me sleep because of the noise it was making2) Could have well used AC instead of fan but it should work for using the AC3) Handwash tap just acted as a showpiece and water never showed up from thatif the above would have been checked before giving the room to Guests, I would have invariably given 5 stars. please do take care of these things going forward. writing so long review because felt happy with the ambiance but lost the whole night's sleep due to the humidity.
