Terrible experience here. The Reception began charging more money than that what we had booked through the app. Did not allow us to check in unless we paid extra money.
Located on the main road with good surroundings. Rooms were not very good but the price was ok. The main advantage is it's surrounded by the market and can be reached easily by bus as well.
This is very low quality guesthouse. Untidy, unprofessional place to stay . Tis place is available for unmarried couples . Don't stay with your family or you will feel like u r in a brothel. Rates are too high compared to place quality and service. I'd rather add 700 and book a 3 star nearby.
Worst management... they didn't allow checkin despite being pre-paid for the room fully online... they only allowed me entry after almost 50-60 mins of arguments an discussions... Also they claim they are the most premium and sophisticated corporate rooms in the surround areas and hence charge premium or higher rates compared to others... But their room were sticky and stinky too... floor and side tables were not clean at all... Also despite charging higher rates than others in the area Iin the name of mineral water they provide fake mineral water... they fill so called RO water in used bottels of other brands and keep it as they provide mineral water bottel... on questioning and returning the open skilled bottel they took it and came with new skilled bottel and charged another Rs30 for 1 lts bottel.. Staff behaviour is also rude...

They took extra money Rude behaviour of staff Ants and other insects were running around on the floor Breakfast options were very limited for complimentary breakfast AC is making loud noises. Very bad experience. No one recieved my calls from customer care before check in. so i had to pay extra money 1000 Rs as they demanded before check in.
Nice location, Good rooms. But they need to improve on their staff grooming and hygiene. About services: if they have mentioned TV, than it should be in working condition. Room must be reset before any guest checks-in... Receptionist need to improve on his soft skills! The way of talking for a receptionist, makes the mood of guests! It should polite & well mannered.
