Very bad hotel recently visited on 3/11/23 Bed was bad... very weak very loose and uncomfortable requested to change but told all rooms have similar bed Food service was dam idiculous I told will pay during check out He force me to give him right away Which was very awkward that time Again bed ruin our whole day Please don't go such hotel even they charge high u will get better option on lover range Third class Bed sheet was dirty from inner side as outer side they keep clearnso that inners side won't be visible

All fake reviews, No tv channels, very dirty bed sheet, blood dots in comforter, lees then half window glass in bathroom & toilet, bathroom & toilet are very dirty. Gerbage hotel. I never stay in this hotel.

Good location overwell I will give 10 of 8 because I don't the life because the lift is not smelly type so that why I don't all and other facilities are well as same as Oyo hotel

Staff was not at all co operative. Doesn't even bothered for customer's service and comform. Have to call them repeatedly to get a single thing done.

Hotel is located in Themghar, a neighbour in Mumbai. A hotel is only good for those who directly going and pay cash to the counter not for those who booked through the oyo, the worst check in experience i faced. I reached the premises at 10.30 AM.They deny me to check in they told the room will be given around 12Pm.They will not give you the room that is complementary for us.When you told them that is complementary they say 'sabko complementary dete baithenge to ho gya fir' whether room is available or not they say room will be empty after 11 AM, no room available and cleaning also takes time. They vacant the room only for those who will not through the oyo. The reception guy is so rood to us. After all that things i call to the customer care but they can't do anything for me except to change the location, and had to wait for the room that there did not have any other option.

Situated inside a Still developing city, mostly and industrial area kind of place. Non-veg is a concern here as you won't find anything good around. But for stay its the best in its class. Its a silver key and you should it has a high standard with Oyo. Overall a great experience.

Pros-This time the room, washroom, bathroom, kitchen were cleaner than before. It could be better. Check in is always very smooth Our booking through Oyo was not denied Cons-Bedsheet and blanket was not clean, the bed makes noise and ac was leaking
