Super OYO SilverKey 79803 Qualia Miyapur - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

No food, no cleanliness, no change of sheets. TV was not working. Took extra 700 Rs for two hours early check in.

Don't visit to this hotel,terrify you by asking more money else complaint to your parents with camera photage

I never faced the such situation in my entire life, oyo team were literally begging the hotel staff to accommodate the guest even if I spending extra amount for early checkin. None of the policies which are showing in the app were following by hotel & and respective managers very rude to the customers and demanding money while check in. Disappoints a lot, in thought like never ever would book through OYO . Big mistake in my life.

Liked everything about it.. just the bed was too squishy and you'd feel yourself sinking in it. It added to discomfort and suffered from body aches after sleeping on it. Also bathroom could have been properly ventilated and could have been a bit more maintained. No room service.

It's really cheating.... price shown in the app is different but at the property they change with higher amount even they don't care about Oyo booking customers and they were saying that cancel your booking and we can't give you room in that price

The room was stinking. Bathroom is wet everytime from multiple leakages. Bedsheets have blood stains. Room is cockroach infested. Horrible experience. I have lost trust on OYO , because of this stay.Also, front Desk Staff behavior is bad.

Very good hotel to stay with family or friends. Located just opposite to the Genpact miyapur branch. In ground floor, there's a restaurant which is easily accessible. Staff are very cooperative. Wifi connection is good. Lift facility is good. Hot water facility is good. Table to work.

Below are my experiences and reviews from my point of view People & Hospitality: 4 out 5 - At reception people are welcoming and respectful. Room and Cleanliness: 3 out 5 - Room is very spacious but I don't recommend if you want to stay for night stay and even for the day stay also, as my purpose is only for fresh up it's ok it served the purpose but for night stay I won't recommend as the bed springs are gone and you can feel that, and the beds sheets are not at all clean as you zoom the images which are unclean and you find lot of spots all over the bedsheets, AC is works fine, lights are sufficient, there is broken glass window above the bed, bathroom door locks doesn't works, TV is for name sake if you watch any channel it will close after 10-15 min saying need to recharge. Geyser is there and it's working fine, provided with a sample soap and towel. Price & Value : 3 out of 5 - I payed rupees 1000 for a day stay from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm which is little more when compared to the room and Cleanliness. Location: 3 out 5 as it's far away from Railway station and shopping mall's.
