Very bad hotel. Given room AC was not working. Another room was given there also AC not working. Old parents were with us & was highly uncomfortable. Spoke to Oyo representative & no solution from him or his higher management. Wanted to speak to hotel owner on number given. It was switched off. Left the hotel & checked in with some other hotel.

The beds r in very bad condition, I did not get hot water in my room, they said it's the best room they have.
When I entered the room, it was infested with mosquitoes. They didn't have any mosquito liquidator. They lighted an agarbatti. When mosquitoes died, they left the room without cleaning. I requested them to change the room. They refused inspite of having vacancy. I myself gave jharu and cleaned the bathroom and bedroom. They didn't gave any Toiletries and gave towels only after requesting 5 times.Absolutely not recommended to stay.
The rooms are too small with no ventilation, also service is not up to the mark ... Basin was choked up ....After informing the staff also it was not working ....staff simply ignored my request n when I came in the night it was choked up again, pillow covers were smelling so badly that I had put perfume on it,,, geyser was not working .....So hot water was served in a bucket which had only warm water n not hot water,,,, this hotel has lot of maintainance issues....They should not take new booking until the issue is solved,,, people like us suffer because there negligence. It's not about the cheap price it's about the basic requirements.
Worst ambience , not clean blankets or pillow, found some drops on the bed. Suitable for 1hr enjoyment if u have.... Not suitable for business class

The photogrpahs shown in the OYO site are of different room. The actual room is extremely small. It is for poor couple who wants to enjoy 3 4 hours and go. That room they give to me. Horrible experience. The receptionust was a bihari guy and he said their owner do like this. The room smelled badly. No space for standing... u just hv to to entre and sleep on bed.. the red light area rooms are like this... This hotel must get punished for fooling people.... The receptionist also added that they are having 3 big rooms whose photos they added to the website and balance rooms are small... Horrible experience.
