Super OYO Roshan Villa Near Immaculate Conception Church - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Decent hotel, peaceful surrounding and very near to church view corner. Good for family. Hot water is available, room is quite smelly may be due to improper ventilation. But counter person or manager welcome you with bad attitude,he should understand family and small baby and cooperate accordingly. After 2days staff was helpful and friendly. Overall convenient and good for stay.

Horrible experience. The manager denied check-in as i got lower than usual price for the room. You deny me check-in just because I got a good deal? The manager was rude and had an attitude. When you're in the hospitality business, this is uncalled for. Please avoid this place. It's an old, not maintained building. This place needs to be blacklisted or needs a better management.

They have charged us more money by saying that they are over booked . We didnt have any option left so we paid them an extra amount. Plus my booking included a breakfast which they refused to give saying that they do not have a kitchen. Three member team sitting there to cheat people. Worst experience . Plus they said there ac is not working which i think was also a false statement just to reduce the usage of it. We didnt have any conveyance and it is a far place from bus stop so we stayed there . As it was a matter of night. The staff was bad. The reception host was bad. No one should ever visit them. Liar cheater people.

I had a peaceful stay here at this budget, staff was cooperative specially Aziz. Location is good if you like stay away from city hustle but it's a hill top and away from market so be ready to pre-equip yourself with all daily essential as you won't find anything nearby. Hotel building needs cleanliness, there is a plenty of room for improvement around cleanliness.

A decent hotel with attitude manager the counter. He started treating us very badly by his words. He has to undergo how we should talk by gestures. First of he is reluctant and arrogant saying there is no booking visible to him, when asked to refresh he said okay. I asked him to help me for my luggage and he refused we don't have such service. Avoid as you will get a bad treatment. Rooms are okay and decent but don't open windows as lot of mosquitoes are there as surrounded by lot of trees

This guy literally charged us rs 500 extra for just having another person visit our room & he was so arrogant that he started yelling n shouting at us It was good. But the staff is so bad & disrespectful. Pls do not go if you have some self respect

Worst experience of hotel in my life so far, in any holidays.would not recommend any one..Nothing.1. Staff behaviour was not cooperative.n2. Room was not at all clean. It had fungus on wall and amenities. Even room was smelling very badly.n3. Little bit outside, streets dogs were barking continuesly.n4. My family suffered a lot.n4. They asked to pre payment when booked via booking.com else they won't allocate room.

DisgustingLeaving the cess pit of a hotel . Wish I had never booked with this hotel and OYO.Disgusting unclean rooms we had 2 rooms and both with cockroaches and millipedes and stains on beds and no towels. One had a broken shower and very rude staff who just walked away when we complained. Please avoid at all costs. Photos do not accurately represent the rooms and very overpriced. OYO are useless at resolving any issues.
