Super OYO Prabha Palace Lodge - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Worst stay I have experienced till date. Don't go after property images moreover you will be charged extra if booked online. Rooms , Washroom, Linen everything is dirty. Fans have loads of dust. Mosquitoes and cockroaches will be moving around in the room and washroom. There was even a lizard in my room. Reception is empty most of the time. Open sockets in room. However TV with few channels and AC worked.

The hotel room is not that big but location wise the hotel is good and well behaved staff members too.

I wouldn't recommend this lodge to anyone. I was denied checkin by the receptionist. The demanded me extra amount to allow checkin else they won't. after 30 minutes of argument, the Lodge agree for checkin with whatever amount a guest has paid. The lodge must not be asking extra amount for a already booked and paid room. The room where we stayed was in a very bad shape. It was smelly and dirty. The bed sheets and blankets had stains on them and when asked to change them, they denied stating that they were changed in the morning and the sheets came from laundry like that. It's completely ridiculous. We had to use our own bed sheets which we had luckily. I wouldn't recommend this lodge to anyone, and definitely not worth. Only plus point is that it is in close proximity to Kamakhya Railway Junction.

Really Awful place Appaling behavior, so much greed for money for so bad service. As soon as we came, the receptionist started wasting our time. As we thought that his bad behavior was over, and we went to the rooms and guess what we saw, the rooms were even worse than the receptionist's behavior. AC was not working properly, bathroom looking very bad, and bedsheets torn, cockroaches everywhere! Do not recommend this hotel anytime....

Such a worst experience I have ever. There is no cleaning badsheet , pillows were in bad shape ,there is no room service at all, Receptionist were not behaving in a good manner they were so rude, And also I have asked for change the badsheet and pillow cover but they denied to gave us .. I recommend please don't stay in this lodge it is worst ... Didn't aspect this kind of service from oyo

Visited guwahati with mom and daughter.. Had a bad experience about the hotel.. Pillow covers wad torn...Bathroom was not clean. The lock of the door of bathroom was not fixed.. Hand flash was not working.. Staffs was very friendly.. Complaint them about all the stuffs. But told us to complain it to the owner who hardly attends the hotel. Would recommend others not to stay here.. There are other hotels also nearby... Very sad

Pathetic! The room was an absolute contradiction to the description provided on the website. Even the mobile network couldn't be used inside the room, least talk about the wifi which was futile. The website mentioned free wifi, but didn't reveal that the range of the wifi didn't include my room. The room was very small, but I could have adjusted to that only if the mosquitoes didn't appear all of a sudden inside an air-conditioned room in the middle of the night. We're so irritated that only if it wasn't midnight we would have simply moved out of the place. Moreover, there were constant noises outside our room. All in all our stay was absolutely deplorable!

If possible, remove this hotel from booking.com site. The reputation of booking.com would go down..There was nothing that I liked. I had a train the next day from Kamakhya station and the hotel was nearby so I booked.Bathrooms have no windows and no exhaust fans. As such it smelled a lot. When we slept on the bed, we had itchiing. Very disappointed. Even the receptionist while checking in argued with me regarding payment of extra fees.
