Super OYO Oyo Townhouse 252 Rcc Prime - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

One of the WORST hotels in the name of OYO. Rooms dirty beyond imagination, floors are sticky, drainage systems not working, rooms flooding randomly, we asked to change our room but all the rooms are the same. No breakfast available, even though mentioned free breakfast. Even when you book the rooms and pay fully, they'll give you room on first come first serve basis. They will give your room to anyone who shows up before you and you'll have to accommodate yourself somewhere else. Even though you paid for the day. No drinking water provided. They start their kitchen at 12pm. Moreover they take your phone forcefully to give themselves good ratings, otherwise they won't let you leave. I'd give negative stars if possible.

Over all you can see a delay in every thing. Check in will be late. Until they clean the rooms we have to maintain. Owner don't do minimum to how to handle the costume. He said if you want rooms wait or els leave... I went sharp 12 pm but I waited for 1.30 pm. Am asking constantly how long it will be . They are telling same to same this is not a and the location was worst. I have some images how PPL are waiting there in lobby.

I recently stayed at OYO 252 Townhouse moosapet, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided friendly and efficient service. I appreciated the value for money during my stay.

DISAPPOINTING HOTEL. WE were disappointed when we went to this hotel for two days.But we stayed not even a day. This is a hotel with the worst service . They don't care about customers at all. The bedding is very smelly. They won't change matrices, pillow covers, bedsheets, etc.. if anybody checkouts the room. Good WATER for Drinking & HOT water for BATHING are NOT AVAILABLE HERE. Incompetent hotel management here, Service Boys has a very bad GUTKAA smell always. So, we couldn't stay in such a hotel and vacated it in one day itself WITHOUT, taking Even our Second Day's Lordge Rent.( which we deposited for two days. I regret to say this .... sorry.

Got a call on the day of check in that even though payment is made my booking is not confirmed. Rooms shall be alloted on first cum first basis and advance payment shall be refunded by oyo later. They say mail confirmation from OYO is not valid. Luckily no one came before I checked in or because my local friend intervention I was given the rooms I booked Not a reliable place to book and professional management to deal with.

I searched around 10 hotels nearby. This is one of the best hotel. The room charges are high as compared to others within the vicinity. Charging 2000 per night for AC. Checkout 11 am next day. Others charging 1600 per day ( 24 hours basis) like SVS hotel just crossing the main road. Overall the hotel itself is spacious Rooms are also big and spacious Bathrooms are great and spacious Car parking facility available Management is good Kitchen facility available however not used. Opens at 11 am in the morning. Lifts are good Instead of keys...keycards are being used. No smoking boards are there means good for family. Cons: outside food not allowed

SUB STATNDARD HOTEL. They are not allowing any visitors n ask to speak with visitors at reception. Can any one discuss business deals openly. It appears that they don't want genuine guests. It appears that the hotel is meant for hiring by college boys n girls on hourly basis. Don't know what police is doing....

New management very good. Rooms are maintained clean, service is very polite. Food is very tasty in affordable cost. I highly recommend
