0 star rating for this hotel. My experience was one of the worst here, I have stayed at a lot of different places all over Lucknow but to be honest this is the worst place ever. They did not provide any clean towels, the room wasn't as expected, the hotel staff charged much much more than the usual price, and did not allow even my friend to enter the hotel. My friend had to go back after coming till here and they were highly rude and unprofessional. I hated here, never ever ever come to this hotel. Would not recommend it at all.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, the staff was rude, the AC didn't work properly, and the bathroom smelled bad.

Located closely to airport and well connected with other transportation hubs this property offers real value for money. Services and food here is top of the class. Can enjoy home cooked food experience at at reasonable prices. Best wishes to the management and entire team.

One of the worst property of oyo.... they charged me rs 900 for the booking amount of 530... instead of that also the condition of the room was very bad... bathroom was smelling.. no amenities were provided at first after complain found some better service... not recommended to any one... many good properties are their at the same price.

Room was sticking look like property is not renewated since a long time. No hk staff when room clearance needed dustbin was full and staff said keep it in the room and gave another dustbin. No regular drinking water for 3 days only chargeable water. Kadai chicken was pathetic. Food quantity is very less according to price. Bath towels were teared. Breakfast was good only.

1) Ac not working well. 2) Rude behavior of staff. 3) Didn't provide Toiletries. 4) Uncleaned linens. 5) Insects all over. I killed atleast 4-5 cockroaches. I should be giving 1 star, but on my request, the manager gave me extra 30 minutes before checkout, so one extra star for that. I too booked the hotel looking into the reviews, but the one who have given 5 stars seems to be paid reviewers. I hope they work on these points and try to improve their services. Everyone deserves a second chance.
