Worst Experience ever. Poor Hospitality. Poor check-in experience. They are good at providing rooms on hourly basis and can also ask you for that. They even offered their staff room on hourly basis, their act spoiled my whole day. Please feed some glass of common sense to your reception staff. Choose wisely, this place is preferred for womanizing by local people.

Latest victim!!! I came from airport at late night so, I was trapped without other option (I paid in advance). Following was my worst nightmares: The guy asked additional payment, I called oyo helpline, they kept on hanging up the call, finally paid extra and got room. Room was dirty and filled with mosquitoes. Free breakfast was offered while booking but they didn't gave breakfast claiming that there is no kitchen. I belive, OYO is running a scam ..

They wont accept online booking and payments made. When you contact OYO customer care regarding this, they would cut your call. User OYO for the first time and maybe for the last time.

Payment was made for hotel.. and booking was confirmed.. still hotel staff asking for extra money and ordered to wait 2-3 hrs due to unavailability of rooms. After discussion I was send to another hotel and faced same situation over there.. and finally when I got small dirty and unhygienic room there.. via charging extra fee.

Pathetic hotel. These guys don't agree on your online booking amount. They cry at the time of check-in and ask for extra charges. Moreover the hotel is shady. Skip this. They ask for 1200/ night no matter what you pay online on any booking platform. They'll still ask you to give extra charges. There's no hospitality. Just greedy, dishonest people.

I booked this hotel via Oyo and stayed here for two days. First they refused to take the booking because I booked it via oyo but later they accepted it but only if I pay extra money as per their regular room price The rooms are not as good as they look in the pictures. The room I got was quite small but clean. Room service is good. The location is quite good because the hotel is in the city market. Rooms were clean but not maintained well. I had a good experience here. The staff was polite and friendly. A few lines about OYO. 70% hotels deny online bookings so please make sure to call the hotel before booking it online. I've seen myself that Oyo gets commission even if you cancel the booking. The price of the room they had(Hotel) set was 1200 however Oyo displayed the price to me as 490/-. Oyo don't care if hotel get profit or not. All they care about is the commission. I've travelled across India and I've seen nowadays 60% of hotels deny Oyo bookings. They says Oyo is kinda destroying their business.

Plz read before booking. Its the worst hotel in Faridabad. We reached property at 12:00pm noon, the rude guy at the reception denied checkin, he was fighting with other guests as well and asked us to wait for an hour until the rooms get cleaned. We had to go out and wait, and when we came back he gave us their personal room, which the hotel staff uses(all their personal stuff like comb, clothes, etc) were there in the room. And he denied to shift us to some other room. Although it was a prepaid booking, he asked us for 500 rupees more to shift to some other room. But we left the hotel, as the rooms were very dirty.

Staff members behaviour was not appropriate. They do not stick to their words , even having a pre-booking they denied to give the Rooms. Worst experience ever. Staff members will mislead you and make you fool. Better to go with other alternatives rather than choosing this property. Complete wastage of money and time.
