Super OYO Hotel Maruti Lodging - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Scammers. Be aware. I booked for a 3 hour stay using bag2bag , but upon reaching there they asked me for extra money citing the price i have paid is low. They didn't allow me check-in even though i have paid in advance.

Scammers, Kindly don't book this hotel. I share you my own experience, I booked this hotel via Agoda where cost was showing Rs 351. My flight was from Kuala Lumpur to Kolkata at night. At night i reached to Kolkata and then to this hotel and see There doors was closed. I tried to contact them via phone number given. Oyo client pick call and told me this hotel will not open now He will return my partial payment which i did while booking this hotel, then they start suggesting me other near by Oyo hotel whose expenses are too much. They also don't have return my partial payment which i did while booking this Worst Garbage hotel.

The stay is fuss free and thats the best part. The room has all the facilities but not very attractive as far as cleaning is concerned. Overall a good place to spend a quiet day.

There was nothing to like about the hotel.Hotel staff not being polite.The rooms I saw on booking.com was not same. Sofa who's actual colour was white had become black. Pillow and bedsheet was dirty.And when I asked to change the available staff misbehaved.

OYO1764 HOTEL Maruti Very bad experience, so sad we book the hotel through online agoda app and it was comfirm and we got confirmation but when we reached the hotel and the counter told me we don't accept online booking through Agoda and also didn't return the money , This hotel is full of corruption they wanted only money ,we came through along way and tired wanted to rest but did not get the room's , we lost the money so sad ,please never book this hotel Oyo hotel maruti....kolkata.

Dont make payment before check in this lodge or they will harass you and provide u the worst room of this lodge. The room was too bad and dirty for staying and you will face bedbug problem in this hotel. So be aware of lodging here. And OYO, please solve your internal payment problems with hotels. For your internal problems, customers always face some serious issues. Thank you.

Food is good and tasty...ordered Veg Noodles and chili chicken..Room is also good, AC works normally. I think there is a gap between OYO's booking policy and Hotel's booking policy.

Nice place at reasonable rates. Location is an added advantage. No food or snacks available. Overall a nice experience.
