Super OYO Hotel Le Sai - Hotel in Puducherry, Thavalakuppam - Pondicherry, India

I want to give less than 1 star but Google is not providing it.The owner is a fraudster ,I booked A/C room through Oyo since but when we reach there he only provided Non A/C room and asked extra 450 for A/C room.And Balaji was very rude.If you want a friendly hotel this is not for you.

Apart from room charges, owner charged extra 250/- . No soap and bath towel was provided. Washrooms are not maintained properly. Bed sheets are dirty.

It is pathetic to consider this place has a 2 star hotel. The only thing you'll get apart from disappointment is 101 reason not to stay in this place. The rooms that were provided were very small and with sheets, no proper ventilation and horrible maintenance. The so called lobby will make you contemplate all your decisions in life. You would rather stay on the lovely streets on Puducherry compared to this place. Also the guy at the reception is very manipulative, will sweet talk you into buying a horrible room. Don't listen to him. See for yourself and decide.

One of the worst hotels in my experience. No lift, too priced. Rude behaviour...

The picture what they given and what available there it is completely different and there is no staff to clean the room and they speak rude if we ask to change the bedsheet and no proper ac and heater, no drinking water availability and the water for bath is not at all gud, no ventilation nothing... And they ask more money than the money show in Oyo. Finally one word says "very very worst experience".

Positive Large rooms. Main locations. Bed and bedsheets are clean Kind service Negative. They need to clean more. I found some broken phones on selfs. 10 pm closing.

It's not safe . Anything police ride will come

We booked a hotel yesterday and paid for the hotel but then customer service cancellation the hotel that we booked and booked another hotel somewhere far from the location we need. And we did not get the refund for the cancellation, when we talk to the customer service they are saying there is no refund claim shown. Kindly improve the customer service to guild the customers properly.
