The Rooms had been ruined. It was Dirty. TV was not working. Bed Linen was not cleaned. Remote of AC was working. Intercom was not available. In order to keep the reputation of the OYO Services. OYO must check the facilities and its maintenance.
We were a Sr.Citizen Couple scheduled to arrive Ranchi at 11:00 PM. We tried to contact the hotel through OYO Customer care number for several times one day prior to the arrival but without any result. We wrote emails also to the hotel but received no answer. We searched entire web to find the contact number of the hotel but couldn't get it. We saw a picture of the hotel and the neighbourhood which was not comfortable to us. Finally upon arrival at Ranchi we decided to let our money go and checked in a good hotel near the railway station.
What to told instead then everything is worse there. Bathroom need immediate maintenance. Needs to go by lift for hotel which is very old. Staff is good but no landline. U need to call them by mobile. Food is also not good
Terrible experience. I'm not sure why this room is still listed in Oyo. There is no water in washrooms and the staff use buckets to bring water. They also cheated me that there is water in washroom, and I trusted them and came to know in morning that there was no water. Hotel was also not so clean and so as the washroom. Worst experience of my life.
1.very slow service of hotel 2.some staff have no talking behaviour3.very high issue of water 4.they will not solve your issue before 2 hours 5. u will get water after 8 am and before 10pm if u need water after these time. no water for bathroom also..6.tv had no recharge7.low cleanliness8.sometime lift was not working
There was no water facility in the Hotel, No proper Ac Cleanliness is not upto the mark.i had very worst experience.
I will give 4 star to room. Behaviour of staffs are very good. They are so humbled. Earlier I read in a review that they ask for extra money but I haven't experienced any such issues. They didn't asked any extra money. Overall experience was very good.
Pathetic, no water , air conditioner not in working condition, service was pathetic, complete waste of money and time
