I had a great experience at this OYO. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent guidance. The rooms were very clean and nice. I would highly recommend this place.
whenever you booked this hotel, park your vehicle outside premises, hotel staff could damage your vehicle, my vehicle damage by their staff , and when I force to see cctv camera, manager told that their cctv not working , pls avoid this hotel ,
Rooms are small. No elevator facility. Also, no parking space for 4 wheeler. Ok ok hotel.
Not happy at all... No water... very clumpsy room... No luggage carrying service... Dirty covers... Not satisfying at all. They charged 400 extra even after showing the OYO booking amount.
Hotel's staff and services were good. Almost all staff was polite. Few things I didn't like...1. they asked for more money while check-in and 2. Set top box remote was broken and not working properly.
The overall experience was very good. Hotel staff was courteous and the check-in checkout process was smooth. Hotel provides great amenities including clean rooms, bathroom, towels. Hygiene was maintained. Would look forward to staying here again.
All the departments were very helpful. They were all so polite and professional. I would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends. Even during this difficult times the customer service was consistently good. I would definitely recommend family and friends to stay with the hotel.
The hotel charged more money than that mentioned in the app. The staff is disrespectful and disturbs the guests by knocking at the door. They also overcharged for water bottles. All this is despite it being an OYO flagship. Disappointed.
