Super OYO Flagship Shivaalay Inn Near Newtown Bus Stand - Hotel in Kolkata, New Town - 24 Paraganas North, India

It was worst experience. I stayed there for 4 days. They didn't came for cleaning any day even I asked them for. Also they took significant extra charge if you make there bed or towel little bit dusty. And rooms & balcony were also not clean. I'm suggesting you that please book any other hotel rather than this. And one most important thing, they asked extra money for every night even you have booked it from OYO and if you are not ready they directly deny you for entering in room. Also, they don't give any type of receipt for these payments. So, please take care of these things before booking.

Stayed for one and a half days There are 2 options. The 1st one is rs 1000 Room where you will get an attached bathroom , AC and Tv in your room. The second one is without an attached bathroom which will cost rs 800 . We opt for the 800 rupees room. The bathroom was very clean and neat. The service was decent. Overall a good experience at a cheap price. It is close to the New town bus stand. You can find Ahirini market where you can buy any groceries or food items.

Iwas booked 7oct, through oyo and i already paid the full ammount-, but when I reached the front office staff told me to pay extra, They didn't give me any room. they told me your booking prize is less than our direct booking prize that's why we can't give you room. What is this if you not satisfied with booking prize than increase your prize in websites. U can't harase anyone like that What a pathetic experience I never had before, I didn't recommend anyone to go there. Iam from hotel industry please don't do like this.

issued I faced.1. the room is very small, you can't even open the wardrobe without sitting down in the bed .2. bathroom is not actually a bathroom. they have modified the balcony and that's what it is.3. there was an extra door in the bathroom that was attached to another room after i complained they told me that the door has been permanently shut and no one else can enter. 4. there was no shower.5. there was cement chunks lying on the floor of the bathroom.6. door knob of the room was brokengood things about the room:-1. staff was very cooperative and helpful2. cheap roomsthey didn't allow one of our friend to come in and chill.

It was a comfortable stay here.....very polite staff here...very good ambience....rooms are just awesome.... spacious beds, super clean bathroom..... totally worth every penny...Mr. Prabhakar the manager, is so helpful and calm....this place welcomes couples too....so if you are a couple you can come and have a safe stay....Thank you to all the staffs here.

This oyo room is doing fraudulent work.. The man of this hotel is taking direct money by canceling the booking of oyo or any booking service. and is doing cheap behavior.. Food quality is so dirty that for the first time in my life I experienced such dirty food.

I got the nice cozy room at 800rs which is a quiet good deal as the room has AC,TV,a decent mirror, a huge wardrobe and a balcony...In the 800rs room there is no attached bathroom available but an shareable one but it is okay as the washroom was clean...you can have the other option which is 1000rs room that consists a personal washroom...you can order food from outside or tell them they'll arrange for you...

I stayed there for 3 days. First of all the check-in issue, They demanded more price as the tariff shown by oyo is not appropriate. They didn't clean the room even a single day. Room is small. Rest is ok.
