The hotel owner is very rude. They force u out before the checkout time very rudely. The bed sheets were dirty and they said no to replace the bed sheets. They call u and tell u to leave the hotel 1 hour before the checkout time (i.e at 10 am) and talk very rudely once u have paid all money. Room is unclean, mosquitos and bad smell all around the place

Great experience, relax hotel. Smooth check-in. Water need to purchase at additional costing. Only soap available as toiletries item. Very much cleaned and good vibes ambiance. Just mattress are little old, so they are much pressed. Visitors also allowed not much question on them. Overall nice smooth relax experience and preferred hotel for people who like to live in city centre and easily accessible to food and transport.

we did reservation through oyo toll free number. on phone the reservation person from oyo said there will be no extra charges for kids. but after reach at hotel front desk person ask me to pay extra money for kids. i did pay for extra but there was no extra bed for kids. and also room was so congested.

The hotel room is clean and well maintained, especially the bathroom is sparkling clean.The only thing I don't like is it's in the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building without any lift. Still they won't help you to carry your luggage upstairs. Also don't go for the breakfast option because they will refuse to give you breakfast even if you have taken the breakfast option and paid. service is not that good. Hotel rooms are fine.

Very bad experience. Inspite of booking two rooms in advance and making full payment, on reaching the hotel, we were told that only one room is available and not the second one as no room is available because Oyo takes over booking . This was very terrible incident and we were stranded for around two hours in the reception trying to get the second room. But at the end we were left only with one small room in which we a family of four members stayed in. It was very inconvenient. Hotel people blame Oyo for taking over booking and Oyo also is not interested in resolving this issue as per our requirement.

Hotel is very good, nice and clean and hotel manager is also very polite and helpful. One problem is Oyo and hotel Price issue manager was asking 500 extraa Money for stay, but later I contacted with oyo customer care they helped me in Checked- in hotel By giving extra 500 money to hotel manager. Oyo customer care is good, they solved my check in problem 15-20 minutes. #oyocustomercare

I have made a confirmed booking through OYO but I have received no confirmation from the hotel that the room is booked and reserved. I have tried several times to contact the hotel through OYO reception desk but no one picks up. The call automatically gets disconnected after 10-12 mins of being on hold while the operator tries to contact the hotel. There is no alternative direct number to contact the hotel. Very bad experience. Will never book again :(
