Receptionist is some 8th class failure frustrated guy. Someone who beats up his wife and kids. Guys avoid this hotel.. They charge whatever they want irrespective of ur online booking... Teri behn ki fati gand ke kide madarchod

Reception guy was a dickhead. Worst hotel to stay in bareilly. if you are coming to this place ,this will be a nightmare for you. I have booked a suite room with breakfast. But they given us some other room which has no basic ameneties . We got towel after calling the house keeping atleast 10 times . They dont have a dental kit , they dont have a soap, and what not.They will not give you anything which you will ask Breakfast was not given to us . They told you have not dealt with us directly will not give yiu the breakfast which i have already paid in advance .Hotel has not provided any solution . This is the second time i have faced issues after booking . If you want money will idonate to you directly donot list these types of hotels who just wants to get the extra money from customers despite paying in advance for everything.Disorganized hotel with horrible staff . Receptionist guy didn't know how to talk and was rude to us.

Bad experience, I asked for extra blanket but the guy sitting outside kept shouting and saying bad words indirectly, In last I myself have to go another room and search for blanket. Don't waste your money

Reception is very rude staff and i booked through OYO and paid in advance but at check in time they said rooms are not available and after half hour arguments they given one average room to stay. They don't even entertain OYO customer care and disconnect their call. Hotel is less of a hotel and it's more of a marriage lawn. Half night we could not sleep because of party DJ. Floors were dirty and smelling. Rooms are small, service is pathetic they couldn't provide even a bathroom mug in 24 hrs. No staff offered to shift luggage from car to room and room to car. But when matter of tip their whole staff comes and ask for tip. Bathroom are average with old fittings not working properly. Don't prefer this property ever.

Zero rating The room i have booked was said that it was not So cheap. So they providided me the worst of the worst room posible. Horrible experience

Worst ever experience. I went there with my sister and brother. We reached late at 10 pm approx as we were travelling for giving exams, the man at reception suddenly tells us that we haven't received any such booking though it was a fully paid booking. They started querying a lot wrt family members' identity which is fine for the satisfaction of hotel authorities.But the receptionist denied entry saying the absence of any booking citing the reason-"site nhi chl rhi" and all the at that time and demanded extra money approx above actual booking amount paid by me.When we confronted him, he started reducing the unnecessary extra charge.We then went to our room, which wasn't even clean, with bedsheets pillow covers dirty, no extra bedding provided for my brother as booking amount was charged for 3 guests. Toilet and bathroom were dirty, not flushed properly.When we demanded extra bedding they just bought a piece of foam with a bedsheet to be put on floor, not even a basic cot for that.The staff after bringing this useless extra bedding started demanding tip for this unworthy service and really an idiotic, rude behaviour this guy had.He said he is not the one responsible for all this service and facilities as others are on leave. He kept on arguing with me and my sister for signing on some unlettered bill.We had asked in beginning itself that how is geyser switched on/off. He told us wrongly and we wr forced to use the continuously hot water coming out of all the tapsFriendly behaviour, respect for family relations

My experience was very bad. I was paid for deluxe room but given me a classic room and also there was staff not available after 12 AM.
